Had a group of 6 people standing around the (only) barbell bench today, each doing 4 sets of 10 with like 60-80lbs.
I cried on the inside.
what the fuck is wrong with people
You mean both dumbells or combined weight? Because if both dbs are 60-80 that I don't see whats bad with that.
post-workout endorphins<3

What's wrong about it to begin with? Everyone has to start somewhere. I thought he was crying on the inside cause 6 guys were standing around the only one.. which is stupid.. never workout with that many guys..
I once worked out with two other people at once. Would not recommend.

Me 2
Do your mom and dad always bicker this much, or just while they are having sex??
As low-carbing has become a phenomenon in finland, suddenly markets have stock up with affordable low carb products. I just found some tasty bread that has 28g/CH 25g/P that suprisingly is not much more expensive than regular bread. Wohoo.
Been on SL 5x5 for just over a month and today I squatted double that I did on my first day of 5x5 :D.
That gym session bordered on masochistic, aaah feels good to be back.

... Always :(
I saw a dude deadlift 700lbs today. It was very cool.
My progress has slowed down a lot, though! The first few months flew by, with steady results that came faster than I ever would have expected, but the months following those have been substantially less progressive. I'm just kind of stalling on a lot of things! I'm finally starting to break through those plateaus though, so hopefully I'm finally through the other side, and will start seeing more progress again!

What the fuck is it made of?
If it's made from soy flour I'd avoid it completely. Soy proteins are nasty as fuck, as they are trypsin inhibitors, which essentially means consuming soy proteins adversely affects how much protein is utilized by the body.
This is fucking horrible.
Trying to bulk during Wrestling season is a bitch.
I don't even know if i'm bulking right.
Eggs = 700 Calories (Guesstimation?)
Milk, 2 Percent + Protein POWda = About 1650 Calories
Rice, Spinach, And Some Ribs Mang = about 500 Calories
Trail Mix bag, Not that nutrient of a school lunch, 2x battered chicken pieces = 350 Calories.
So about 3200 Calories. Meh... I originally wanted 3500-4000 or more.
Any tips for eating and not feeling like you're gonna die?
What the fuck is it made of?
What average 17 year old white US male looks like?
How would the average person reach such numbers, hmm ?
Normative appearance is in the eyes of the beholder.
Right now i'm:
131 Pounds
5'7" (I thought i was 5'8")
10 Percent Body Fat
Do i sound skinny or average? Last year i was 105 Pounds, 8.8 Percent body fat, and 5'7"
I don't know if this is common sense but in case someone doesn't know.
An easy way to unrack a barbell on the floor is to take a smaller plate (2.5/5 pounds) and put in under the first plate. Then roll the barbell over it and unrack the outer plates without any friction. Then you can just deadlift the 135.

Need some advice/help. I'm going backpacking and two weeks and don't want to distribute weight unfairly because I'm the weakest of the three. If you didn't know, backpacking is like camping except you follow a long trail and carry everything on your back. I don't have access to a gym, but I do have some dumbells. I guess I need instructions on how to properly raise the strength in my legs and back.
