Sometimes when I do push-ups, my right shoulder feels like it's popping. It happens twice per rep, and the popping sound gets louder the more push-ups I do. There's no pain though, anyone know what this could be?
It could be hand position (too low too forward in comparison to the torso). If it's specific to a shoulder as you've mentioned, and saying your handposition is about the same for each side, then there's a problem with your right shoulder. Most it's rotator cuff bullshit, it's up for you to discover. I had poppings while doing pullups and pushups for a long time, but I found out I had a rotator cuff issue, fixed what was causing it (mostly bench press, standard one) and after about 3 months it went away completely.
Whaaat, am I not the best bodybuilder in Finland anymore?? Oh well. :v: I admit I laughed at the video, but only because of what you said, Maucer.
I need a replacement for the deadlift. Used them to train my whole body under "pecs level". Now I can't do them anywhere with the necessary amount of weight to achieve this, what do ? Basically everything that's hard on your knees is bad for me right now, my doc recommended leg press.
Excuse my ignorance but how are leg presses any less hard on your knees than deadlifts?
I really have no idea. Currently, my deadlift is 100 kg (which I don't even consider very much)x5, then 90kgx5 and 80kgx as many sets as possible with good form. She said that there's a too high peak in force on my knees when using these "heavy" weights, and I should stick to 15 repetitions with the according weight. Still, I was advised to stay away from DLs :(
Sounds like she doesn't know what she's talking about but then again, I'm not the doctor here.
Your doc's a retard. Keep DLing son.
Squat maxed today, my old max was 245 pounds Hit 275 Feels good man 1.5 months or so between them too
So, I'm done with this wimpy superpump max pre workout. Just fucking bought a tub of razor 8. Apparently this is as raw as it gets. Will post results. Also its like twice as strong as Jack3d. Can't wait.
next thing we hear is that razzums is on a rampage and has to be held down by like 3 cops
Not even once.
I've just offloaded gaspari's supermax It was terrible. Terrible flavor, doesn't mix well, terrible stim, gave me the shits and JESUS FUCKING CHRIST STOP ADDING CREATINE TO PRE-WORKOUT PRODUCTS Still better than jack3d by a country mile, but NO Xplode is still king.

Holy shit that stuff is horrible. But myofusion is still legit as balls. Razor 8 was pretty good. Going to take a full scoop next time, and I'm going to eat 4 hours before taking it. Tonight I ate 2 and a half hours before and took half a scoop. My friend had much more positive effects than I did tonight. So I'm going to hold off my review tell next time heh. Also, my friend got a modeling job standing outside of abercrombie stores for 50$ an hour. Trying to get the hook up with that shit.
Benched 155 Today for 1 Rep. 129 Lbs, 10 Percent fat, 5'7" Starting bench: 95 Max now: 155 Fuk yes

From that point of view, you can understand her point is only half valid. From a person who knows a thing or two, I'd say, listen to your body. I don't know how fucked up your knees are, but give them rest if you do feel pain when stationary/regular walking, if not, start with the bar for all I care and keep doing them. The point behind leg press though, is the fact there's no stablization needed and it's very isolated towards your quads. You're attached to the machine unlike deadlift where you have to stabilize yourself, which includes the knee.
Hey guys, does anyone here use a gainer? i.e Pro Complex from ON/True Mass from BSN.

Thank you, I'll be doing the leg press now, though.
as you wish my friend, not a bad choice.
Hey guys, I've come to the conclusion that I haven't been eating enough and have been vastly overestimating what I eat as most skinny kids do. I would like to change this, and believe I could start gaining weight at 3000 kcals per day. Does this diet that I made look like it would suffice? LOOKS LIKE A SHITTY DIET THAT WILL BORE YOU AND MAKE YOU EVENTUALLY EAT LESS
LOOKS LIKE A SHITTY DIET THAT WILL BORE YOU AND MAKE YOU EVENTUALLY EAT LESS
Duly noted, any suggestions?
I'd say it looks good. That is a quite large variety of food though
Duly noted, any suggestions?
EAT DONT PLAN IT JUST EAT LOTS OF MEAT AND BREAD AND FOOD AND MEAT AND BREAD AND OBVIOUSLY PRE DINNER OATS/STEAK SNACK
Oh right, it's Casus. I wondered why the hell we suddenly got a caps lock using hyper-active forumer. Welcome back.
EAT DONT PLAN IT JUST EAT LOTS OF MEAT AND BREAD AND FOOD AND MEAT AND BREAD AND OBVIOUSLY PRE DINNER OATS/STEAK SNACK
Summed it up. Same with weightlifting, people add 23042304302 exercises and plan this and this instead of sticking to the basics which eventually turns into a mighty pulp of nothing and a lot of cns fatigue. same with food.

Seems easy enough to follow
Thanks Caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasus!
So just keep eating shit and stick to a fucking program, because no you don't know what you're doing so sit the fuck down and stop changing things? Seems easy enough to follow
oddly enough, yes. Stick to what works, because it was written with a specific intention, by specific capable men, with experience and understanding most don't have as they fail to understand basic mechanisms of the body. Eat shit, bread or cheese, don't matter, you still breathe polluted air and pass around herpes whether you like it or not. Gaining control in the only thing they can, for most people, results in shit.
oddly enough, yes. they fail to understand basic mechanisms of the body.
Which mechanisms do you mean and where can I learn more? just out of interest.
Study biology, study what controls every movement in the body, understand eventually the body is a complex machine using several muscles and not one, understand further more that the key to activating enough stimulus while still maintaining a routine the average joe can understand and follow lays with simple basics rather than bulky routines.
