what do you reccomend
Idk, I've never had to.
just poor the whole damn thing in a bowl of cereal.
How do I make protein shake taste better. I accidently got vanilla and it tastes like vomit
Put 1 scoop into 1 cup milk and 1 cup yogurt into a blender, put in a banana or some berries for good measure and blend it.
Or you can use it for cooking, there are a bunch of recipes for high protein meals that involve protein powder.
Welp, fuck me, it's cutting phase time.
add your cum into it
more protein so it's a win/win situation
Do it and let us know.
turns out you can. I bench pressed for a little while and all my body fat is gone I'm super ripped now.
How is that possible, has he really found a way to suppress an ascended sayian? HE must be bluffing! What would that make him, double ascended?

How do I know if I'm rounding my back while doing deadlifts? I just started out SL 5x5 this week. Are you also not supposed to round your back while doing squats? I am trying my best to get my form right before I move on to heavier weights.
Any pointers for the overhead/military press? My elbow joint feels sore after I finish my sets, and I'm afraid my arm might snap if I don't get the form right for the presses.
Round back squat = impossible. That's like sitting on a chair with one leg in the air and the other curled under your ass. You really need to be autistic to round your back in squats, as you need to maintain that tension which is very very natural. Unless you mean leaning forward...
In regards to Deadlifts...I'd say video tape yourself, if you really can't feel... Use the bar, tighten your back and everything, and you'll learn to notice the difference when you use the bar alone for enough times...
elbow joint feels sore? I would say you probably haven't warmed yourself up or something is very wrong with your form.
Videos would solve your questions in a breeze, post 'em.

Hmm alright. What do you mean by "tighten your back" ? I did 5 minutes of cardio before and 1 warm up set. When the bar is above your head, do your hands have to be totally straight? I have no clue why my elbow joints are sore.
Tighten your back. Look straight, not at the bar. Push heels to ground. You'll start feeling your butt working if you do it right. If you can't catch it, look at a lot of videos, and try to think about making your back tight... this should come pretty naturally.
Can't really be too sure about. Sounds like tendonitis, go see a doctor. For the meantime, keep workload (sets, reps and especially weight) easy.
Hmm, just found out that M&M candies might be very bodybuilder friendly! You know, everyone wants a sweet every once and awhile, but all the candies usually are 99% sugar or so...
Well, 1 small packet (48g) of peanut M&M (the yellow ones) have 248kcal, 4.6g protein, 28.5g carbs of wich 25g is sugar, so not too much, and 13g fat.
Just tought it'd be worth sharing.
They're cheap and tasty for sure :3
I rather grab a sandwich. You can eat alot of them, get more protein for roughly the same price. lol

BUT SAMMICH NEEDS WIMINZ AND IS NOT AS CRUNCHY AND SWEET AS M&M
sweet and crunchy would soon turn vile and I WANT TO DIE after 6 packets.

Like push my shoulder blades together? It's not very painful but it comes if I stretch my arm out. And my lower back is sore, is that normal?
doing wrist curls (or whatever the forearm exercise is called) I can do 10-15 reps to failure, but I get sharp pain in my wrist that worsens as I continue doing them. Went 3 months without working out, I still have this pain.
Working with lower weights is a pain, I don't want to do 30 reps to failure. Maybe I should see a doctor?
How is it NOT possible to sit on a chair with one leg under your ass and the other in air??
YES, THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO KNOW!

Did you try it? Post results.
I suppose it might depend on your definition of "other leg in the air". With a straight leg I can bring my leg parallel to ground and with leg in L-shape a little higher still. If you mean leg straight up then I might understand although I'd still say it'd be possible if one had strong enough muscles and bendy enough body.

No, that doesn't make sense if you're trying to deadlift.... It wouldn't produce a tight back, just a stupid posture.
And yes.
