Well i wrestle, and we lose ALOT everyday. I lost 5 pounds in a day because i had to cut.
I'm trying to go up. That's why next year if i'm not at least 150-155, then i'l skip wrestling and keep bulking.

Well.. I'm about 129-130 right now. I want to gain a pound or two quick, so i can be the top of 132 punds and not in between weight classes. The lowest weight class i'm allowed to go is 126. And last time i went 126s, i didn't eat nor drink anything the previous day and took a huge shit, and i weighed in at 125.7. Bately made it by 3 ounces.
VIDEOS.

I can see I'm rounding my back a lot when I do deadlifts. How do I stop doing it? And I couldn't do overhead presses with weights. Any alternative I could try or should I start with an empty bar and work my way up again?
On DL's push off with your heels not your toes. Also, try starting the DL with a straight back. Your form is really, really bad. I would advise watching several youtube videos and maybe mimicking the video with an imaginary (or real bar)
On squats, lift chin up more/look up. This will help you to not arc your upper back as much. Also, push off with the heels on your way up. Don't hyper extend the knees either

How do you achieve that straight back? I watched Rippetoe's explanation. What does hyperextension mean?

*Hyperextension is the movement or extension of joints, tendons, or muscles beyond the normal limit or range of motion.

So I don't strain it then?
So I don't strain it then?
Ask someone else :O I don't wanna screw anything up here. But from wrestling, i know hyperextending your arms can be a bitch. I'm not sure about DLing.. Might be abwork? idk.. ask someone who's actually a pro with this kinda stuff

Basically this. But, one more thing, on squats you're wobbling a lot. I find this more of an adaptation issue rather than form, even though you need a lot of technique as well.

Take this image, burn it into your eyeballs and you'll know physically when you have achieved this. When you think you did, more videos. What you're doing is very wrong.
YOU WILL FEEL WHEN YOUR BACK IS STRAIGHT. When I first started I had no camera or anything, I used my sensations. What I used to do, is position myself as I thought was right, take one hand and touch my back. You'll know when it's tense.

Also, where do I put my hands on the bar when doing bench presses? Do you put them on the little rings on the bar, or do you put them shoulder width?
What do you want to achieve?
... show me your meal plan and I'll let you know if you're eating enough.(Region)

Well during this vacation, my diet's fucked up. I wake up at like 3 PM and wrestling starts at 3:30, so i basically don't eat anything for breakfast. but i come back home, eat a chipotle burrito, about 1000 Calories, Drink a prot shake with 2 percent fat milk, about 500 calories, and then get about 6-7 servings of garbanzo beans, which is about 1000 calories, and some other smaller snacks.
So in total i get about 2500-3000 calories.. TLDR, not enough
During school days, i eat waaay more than that. Add a 5-6 eggs breakfast on top of all that shit. I get hungry during school days. So during school days, i eat about 3000-4000 cals
Sounds good enough. Pushing your body to just store fat ultimately won't be something you'd want.
You're eating enough from what I read in order to gain strength... trust me. People bloat the body's need for caloric surplus.
You want to gain weight, then just insert food in your mouth. Find the best way to make it happen by experimentation.
woot 300g of creatine for $15
i only dose like 1-2g cuz im tiny buuut
when do you take creatine? After workout, before a workout?
Is that supposed to be cheap? Finland is generally expensive as fuck, but I can get two 500 gram bags of 100% creatine monohydrate for 10€ = ~13$ per kilo

Well weight can vary a few kgs throughout the day. That's just fluids and stuff. You can't lose 5 pounds per day for several days. In fat tissue that'd be eating 2500 cals a day and burning over 18k calories lol, thats equal to running like 40 hours at medium intensity @ 70 kgs.

One time i ate untill i threw up, so i had to re-eat.
Never doing that shit again.
I eat untill i can push my stomach like an inch out
Wrestling practice like a motherfucker?
just
eat more
It is literally the solution to every weight gain problem. Make big ass shakes (whey powder, full cream milk, and a half cup of oats + maybe some berries is a start) blend those bitches up and drink them between meals.
Is any1 else here using hemp protein or am I being hipster here??
I genuinely can't comprehend how people can have problems with eating enough. I can see how protein might be a bit of a problem, but not calories in general.
The only thing that matters is planing properly. You'll notice that when you vomit from drinking 2 liters of milk + your shake in 10 minutes, before going to bed because you failed to eat during the day and still have to get enough rest.
Surprisingly, cold vomit is much more comfortable :V
Back from squatting and my legs feel like jelly. Had a trainer look at my form/technique, in case I did something wrong.
Fortunately I was told I have good technique.
dont workout forever
destroy your muscles
cant do a thing the next day
good ol' soreness

Anyone else prefer OH press with ez-bar? My wrists tend to hurt and hands slip wider if I use a regular bar.
Btw one half-friend of mine joined my gym recently. He told me he has gone to gym for several years now. He watched me squat for an awhile, like hadn't seen anyone squat before. Then he said his knees hurt and has had to drop his squat weight to half. After he though I left, I saw him go in the squat rack and do some exercise with 60 kilos. I couldn't tell if he tried to squat or do a really fucking weird round back stiff leg deadlift with the weight on his back.

Not a bad choice.
I discussed the best way to gain strength with an acquaintance of mine. He was completely convinced that you had to do around 15-20 reps per set for the most strength gain. He said he usually did around 50 reps per set because he wanted endurance.
Never lift at 1am lol.
Feel like shit and felt like throwing up, didn't even do anything lol.
Any illinois brahs up in this nigger?

no
I dont understand how people dont eat enough. I maintain my weight while dieting. Rediculous
I find it really hard to eat RIGHT, personally. Not because I don't want to, it's just that I'm a highschool student still living at home. It's damn hard to get breakfast in me during the morning, let alone anything good. Lunch is usually a hassle but I can most of the time. And dinner is pretty much governed by my parents, and they're not fond of things that are good for us.
Get up 30 minutes earlier, make decent breakfast and lunch.
Ask your parents if you can do the grocery shopping, buy healthy foods (optionally only for youself).
why does every black person i go remotely close to in the gym , have to radiate their BO so far out?

its only the black people too? no racism intended
