And another thing that's been bothering me. When i bench, my pecs never hurt, even though they seem to pump. I tried making my hands really far apart, and making my hands close. dafuq its alwyas my tris that hurt. I have huge tris but shitty pecs.

Open up your chest, like reaaaly wide. Push your shoulder blades together.
You have more range of motion that way.
I have now resumed back to sporadic lifting since christmas and new year are over.
What else did you do ?
Having the biggest case of first world problems when it comes to bulking.
Looking to increase mass/weight by doing gym and eating more. Plateaued at 155lbs and there's never enough good food. (Parents have no concept of healthy eating, and not wasting money)
I'm thinking that while bulking I might have to compromise the carbs/fat to get the needed calories while getting proper amount of protein via Protein Powder.
Hoping to get myself a job by the time I hit up 170lbs, so I can buy my own food for the cut.
more carbs and a bit more fat in your diet? Sounds like a recipe for muscle.

I stopped GOMAD after i started getting kinda chubby. Not the good bulking chubby, the fucking fat ass chubby. I think i was like -snip- nah overexaggerated. I was about 11 percent bodyfat at one point.

Dumb. Seriously. That's like saying "Shit, I'm bad at running", ok, so "I won't run anymore".
What I mean by that is that there's a process, you don't just lower furiously your calories without even knowing what the hell you're doing.
Notice the "back" there. During christmas I ate a lot but that's what christmas is for. Before christmas I was eating this very same amount of calories.
I am aiming to lose weight after all, so a defict is what I need.

There are easier more efficient ways. Your body is dynamic, so treating it dynamically is not such a bad idea...
What could possibly be easier than lowering the amount of calories I eat? After the indulging during christmas I don't really feel like eating that much anyways. I still get a full stomach after all.
I think I'm going to not care about lifting as much. I'm already strong enough for now, and the only reason I was getting strong for was shot put.
I hit 60' yesterday without even trying, I don't give a shit anymore.
FYI 60' is a really really good distance, would win state in 48/50 states this year probably.
