The pain will go away after about 5 minutes in the gym. Or it will stay for another few days if you do nothing about it.
@soreness: Stop being a bitch
Guess i'll bathe then, and go workout tomorrow.
i hope theres the 48 hour break inbetween workouts u nig
Back from a good deadlift session and my lower back is sore, but I'm proud of my new record/accomplishment(went up 10 kg's from last time). I come home and tell my dad, and he laughs at me. He tells me when he was 18 he would squat 188kg/414lbs, but had to stop cuz he couldn't afford new pants(since his legs were getting ripped). Now he's 50 and still beats my ass..
Remember guys. Devastatingly acute pain is just devastating weakness exiting the body.
Fuck u dad, i will never quit!
firemans carry ur dad and squat him for 5 rep then toss him down
firemans carry ur dad and squat him for 5 rep then toss him down
Lol, he doesn't even weigh that much. Why the fuck would they brag about squatting a man weighing 80+ kg? Seeing as my dad works as a cop, it would be his job to deadlift their asses when they come home from drinking all week.
its the man u squat not the weight of the man *eye twinkle*
your dad is a dick
i hate casus, but zerominus you are completely wrong all the time
UR A DICK ;_____________________;

Also, hope you plan on working all of your body, because in my humble opinion, there's no point in having abs but nothing else.
ofc why else would i get a weight bench i just want to get rid of my fat first though
Cardio. Also, 100lbs of weight won't last too long imo, but it's decent starting point.
ofc why else would i get a weight bench i just want to get rid of my fat first though
The only way to get rid of fat is to lose weight. Either eat more or do more cardio. Doing situps etc. won't make the fat on your stomach go away.
You still need to work your abs. Can't see shit when your abdominal muscles are too small to show through.
Hmm. Soo, I was recommended to try rack deadlift because I keep on hitting my lumpy knee caps when I rise and lower the bar at high weights. I tried it with the pin below my knees, but then it was really not good cause the barbell was right under my knee caps. The next level was above my knees and I had no troubles with the barbell, but the movement was really small, like 10-15 cm or so. So I need a ton more weight. Sooo any solutions? Knee wraps/protectors? And if I get those, should I... a) Do rack dl above knee, alot of weight and small movement b) Do regular deadlift with low weight high reps. It's not a problem with lower weights cause I can control the bars movement better. c) Do deadlift like i've done, with not much leg drive, lifting mostly with my back ...untill I get some kind of wraps/other solution? You probably think knee caps can't be a problem. http://img851.imageshack.us/img851/2381/lumpio.jpg
Hey guys, quick question. Usually when I train my arms, my veins start bulging out quite a bit, but I figured it was cus I'm "under-trained" and skinny. Anything to be concerned of or is it normal?
Umm... normal. The only reason for that is that you have low BF and you have good blood circulation on the surface of your skin.

It's really annoying. When the barbell hits the tendon above and below the knee it's sore for a day-two.

ive been doing sl 5x5 for a while, but my pulled leg muscles render me unable to do exercises with legs (squats, dl's, rows). So, can somebody suggest some shit to do at the gym today that doesnt involve legs but can work the same muscles? I'm thinking like lat pulldown for back.
pull ups, rows
