I knew it was gonna happen sooner or later, but I have to start eating good again, my protein shake has very little calories in it, which sort of sucks actually. 3 of them per day would be 60g of protein, my normal diet should give me another 40g, but really I need 50g or so more. And I should keep carbs relatively low. I had a plan a while ago to buy dried meat in bulk from somewhere, but that didn't work out. I can't cook for shit, so what are some good snacks I can eat?
Also, going to do things like starting the day with bodyweight excercises, and instead of playing computer games when i'm bored, going to use my weight set. It only goes up to 60lb but w/e.
tuna, cottage cheese, low fat milk, almonds, chicken breast. tuna is especially good, but tastes like crap for me. i prefer real meat

Here in Germany, one can of tuna is 150g without any water or oil. That makes for 30g protein with 0 carbs, but it's a bitch to eat it alone.

What i'm doing atm is just eating good with high protein/mediocre carbs, and lifting heavy things hard. I'm hoping to get muscle and loose the unattractive fat.

What the fuck should i tell my coach about my shoulder? Usually when i tell him I'm injured he just stares at me like I'm lying.. And it really pisses me off and i just say "okay.." and practice injured. The thing is though, My shoulder, right now, hurts like fuck, but the problem with me is, I'm really not emotional and i don't really show any emotions so when I'm injured i can ignore the pain even if it's a searing pain.
But with this shoulder problem i can't even lift my fucking phone. I can't lift anything with my left hand.

He's usually nice, he's just an asshole when i tell him I'm injured. I jammed a thumb 6 times in the same week and now it's forever fucked because i had to wrestle with it.

With proper nutrition you shouldn't lose anything remarmable permanently.

What the hell? 140-200g, That's like a regular can of anything. Pineapples, peas, tuna all come in the same size can here. There's like single brand that makes little tuna cans and that's John west (3-pack of 80 gram cans)
