I started doing Zyzz's routine. I was doing SS 5x5 since last march, is it a bad routine or good? I'll be on a cycle, so a routine with more volume is what I'm trying to get here.

Just do any normal routine ffs, you will grow like a weed off testosterone especially if you are well below genetic limit. Check out madcow's 5x5 intermediate.
