So about 3g a day of EPA/DHA I weigh around 176lbs and am 5'8ft
So i think i might have a hernia. On my left side, a bit over the lymph nodes by the crotch, something just doesn't feel right. Everytime i run it feels.. weird, everytime i stomp it hurts, and if i press on it hard it hurts ALOT. Can't tell if hernia or if i pulled something.
So tell me this, I drink 1-2L of Diet soda a day, I can't stop. Should I be concerned about anything?
wtf yes stop drinking soda, the only liquid you should be drinking is water and tea

So tell me this, I drink 1-2L of Diet soda a day, I can't stop. Should I be concerned about anything?
Back when i didn't give a shit about my health, all i had is soda, and barely drank any water. I had bloody piss and my doctor said if i don't stop it will end up bad.

It has come to my attention that I cannot lift my left arm without also lifting my shoulder, and a good half of my shoulder muscles are absurdly weak so that just lifting my arm above shoulder height on their own is too much. This could be a problem.

It depends on the motion, if it's trying to raise your arm above shoulder level then you might have shoulder flexibility problems due to bad form or overuse of muscles bla bla.. also, I can't lift my arm without using my shoulder above a certain point (go back to what i've said above ) and as I've said it's not nessecarily a weakness issue.
Definitely bad form, only became apparent when I tried to fix my rounded shoulders and discovered a massive weakness there. Only left shoulder so they're asymmetrical and if I hold any weight, larger muscles take over and my shoulder rounds again. Should be right to try and strengthen those smaller muscles and stabilisers a bit while cutting, right?

I'd say do this while bulking, but it doesn't really matter as the loads with these types of exercises are not significant I'd listen to this guy. also, personally I find the deep tissue massage (I got good friends) is very satisfying and quick in terms of results. But, that's me, you do what you can.

You don't exactly need to be a scientist to see why 2l of diet soda a day is bad. Just because it has 0 calories that doesnt mean your body won't convert the chemicals into insulin and shit.
lol youre so misinformed [editline]27th January 2012[/editline] this just in sweet tastes make ur body think its actually sugar and insulin up the ass
To the dude getting fish oil burps. Have you tried taking the pills first thing in the morning, and then eating/drinking? It helped me. I've switched to this though http://www.mollersomega3.com/p-21-12-product.aspx#/product_21 Tastes like shit, but according to research, it's the best.

I stumbled upon this webstie and wtf is it, I can't tell if it is trying to sell me Creatine or trying to make me think creatine = steroids. http://www.creatine-monohydrate.org/dangers-of-creatine.htm "...reduction in penis size" http://www.creatine-monohydrate.org/creatine-side-effects-truth.htm "Creatine is used among the body builder professionals to improve their muscle strength. Till date, this drug do not have side effects but it's always better to avoid using this drug, as it's always recommended not to use any external substance to nourish our muscles." then... "If you're looking to purchase creatine online, make sure you buy it from a reputable source. We recommend purchasing your creatine monohydrate and other supplements from IllPumpYouUp, a leading provider of health and nutritional products." Since when did creatine become a drug wtf
drug : A substance that has a physiological effect when ingested or otherwise introduced into the body, in particular. nigga u dumb as heck.idk if youre questioning whether creatine is safe or just chit chatting about some shitty creatine site with no intention of buying
