nigga u dumb as heck.idk if youre questioning whether creatine is safe or just chit chatting about some shitty creatine site with no intention of buying
I know creatine is safe, I just think that website is odd.
I don't know if I like creatine or not yet, I don't know very much about it. I've heard from some people that all it does is add water weight but other people tell me it actually helps with lactic acid buildup... i don't know.
one of the few really helpful, scientifically proven, supplement.
Personally, I use meat and bread. So, I can't really add anything anecdotal.
Meat and bread is the food of manly men
I just discovered what the term manlet means.
Fuck me.

Creatine is good for strength, and at the very least is very safe, so try it out and see how well it works for you.
Could anyone please share some good stomach toning stretches or exercises?
I hereby sentence you to 10,000 years in jail with no pardon. Farewell.
What have you steroid freaks done with my brother?
Could anyone please share some good stomach toning stretches or exercises?
there isn't a such thing as toning a specific part of your body. As you lose body fat you lose body fat everywhere gradually. If you want to have better abdominal muscles then work abs. Diet and exercise will help you lose body fat as a whole.
lol toning.

I've lost 74kg over the course of 11 months, my arms and legs are very toned from just losing the weight and general exercise but when ever I try to do crunches or anything abdominal it hurts quite badly and I get winded, I can jog for hours though and lift weights without a problem.
And for those of you being sarcastic, I came here looking for help, not for snide remarks.
in that case don't use the word toning ever again

I offer, sorry, we offer help to those willing to change their lives. I won't give my help to those looking for "toning" and other quick fixes. I hate people who don't do things all the way through. Either lift the bar or fuck off.
they said i could become anything
so i became a steroid.
also it's kinda sad but the only thing i really enjoy in my life right now is lifting and throwing.

No way, lifting is great, be proud!
lol apparently im the only one in my gym who does deadlifts
I mentioned deadlifting in my group and they all looked at me like i was crazy. The only guy who knows how to actually deadlift is the senior that's coaching me.
Either lift the bar or fuck off.
LMFAO
In the gym I'm going to, only me and an angry serbian guy are the ones that deadlift.
The others either just hang out at the bench press or do dumbbell curls.
