Idk whats going on. I dropped all the way to 138 or something lbs. Then after 2 weeks of working out and eating I'm already back to 145lbs. Moosle memory??? water??? Blood flow??? who knows
THE BLOOD IS FLOWING SO FAST IT MAKES YOU HEAVIER
Finally getting a hang on the deadlifting form, just need to bear the stretch it plants on my legs when I lower myself to grab the bar (keeping my back in proper position).
did you eat it
No, i'm using it as a guitar pick DUH [editline]24th June 2011[/editline]
Oh come on! Have you at least bandaged the toe properly now? Antiseptic balm etc.?
NOPE
Any of you guys feel like throwing up after working out your leg muscles doing squats, weighted lunges, or deadlifts? I can barely do 3-4 sets of 1 exercise without feeling like a bulimic.

Gonna eat more today. The fridge is full of meat =)
The only solution is to kill yourself! EDIT: directed at JaegerMonster. About puking, nah, only if I have drunk water before doing something that requires bowing. Otherwise I may just get lightheaded after deadlifts but that's it. Come on Binsky, your toe will go to hell if you don't do something about it.
no it won't I lost 2 toenails from track running and they grew back, I didn't even do anything
Cyborgs, cyborgs everywhere!
i think my new toenail is growing into my toe. THE PLOT THICKENS
i think my new toenail is growing into my toe. THE PLOT THICKENS
ingrown toenails are the worst. Well... maybe not having a toenail is a bit worse. But I have constant ingrown toenails on both my big toes, I always just rip off half my nail and hope it fixes itself.
Binsky, doctor, NAO!
And if i refuse?
So I ordered some more whey a few days back, ran out needed some more. I like the gold standard chocolate stuff, tastes great in milk and water, doesn't make me gag, it's an all around good fucking deal. My new jar comes in the mail today, so I open it up and check it out. The powder is bright pink, the jar says double rich chocolate (or whatever the specific name for the flavor is), but the product in the jar is pink. So naturally I try a scoop of it, i'm about to go running in an hour or so anyways, it doesn't taste like chocolate or like strawberry mix, it's extremely creamy. Because i'm extremely apathetic, i'll be supplementing with whatever the hell this is for the next month or so.

Any thoughts on preparing actual solid food?
You sound like you take 50 scoops a day. Any thoughts on preparing actual solid food?
50 scoops a day? Alright then. I usually take 2-3 scoops of whey a day with a scoop casein before bed. I eat quite a bit of food in general, but I find that I get lazy on some days and don't get enough protein in terms of actual food. I don't eat extremely unhealthy or anything of that nature, I just tend to like salads and foods heavy on veggies. I have an extremely hard time gaining any weight anyways so I try to get all the help I can.
maybe you should eat some actual meat instead of taking a shitload of protein powder and complaining about not gaining weight
maybe you should eat some actual meat instead of taking a shitload of protein powder and complaining about not gaining weight
Shitload of protein powder? That isn't a shitload of anything. My fridge is full of chicken breasts, usually have to restock every two weeks. Don't eat much red meat unless it's a burger when I feel like one. Have quite a few eggs in my fridge too, along with some strained yogurt. I eat plenty of food high in protein, but thanks for that nugget of advice anyways. Extremely helpful.
then eat more
You must be mistaken, i'm not complaining about gaining weight. I said I had a difficult time and that protein powder helps in getting me up to par with my daily protein intake, I wasn't asking for any advice.
Is this worth it? http://honolulu.craigslist.org/oah/spo/2464115719.html Right now all I have is 2 10lb dumbbells.

Also weird plate weights

My legs were sore and i skipped last leg workout because of the marathon and sickness so I decided not to rise weight in squat. For my surprise i squat 15 x 90kg considerably easy. Max rep calculator says my max is 150 kg lol. Im gonna try 100 kg next time.

Don't try getting new rm's so often, bad for long term cns.
I think I'm going to bring chalk with me tomorrow for leg day. I've been having a problem with holding onto the bar for DL because my hands are sweaty. Thoughts?
