Nah, this is the only thread I come to regularily. Might sometimes post in general discussion or the sensational newsplace. The only people who'd care are here and even the people here don't really care I'd imagine.

I can get the bar off of my chest, but then it gets stuck in place. 2. I have naturally really strong legs. I've been told that I have really big legs compared to the rest of my body. I also weigh 340, so I have a shitton to move all the time, so my legs are naturally going to be stronger than my arms.
I need someone who knows their shit to PM me, I need some advice on my routine.

For a 14 year old boy, would you say a 40kg barbell is ideal?
Depends on how strong you are. Even if it fits know, it won't for very long. I didn't know you could even get barbells with fixed weights.
Maybe just get a standard bar that you can add weight to? You have to increase the load or you won't get anywhere.

It was general admission so we got about 3 rows from the stage and we were in the middle.
