Every once and awhile I try to create my own routine of only free weight and body weight exercises,(because that's all I have) but I don't know if I'm being efficient. Whenever I do standing barbell military press, it feels like my middle-lower back is being pushed together in a quite unpleasant way. Is this normal?

Need to examine this professionally.

I've just started at my local gym and my Dad's currently showing me what to do, i'm a skinny shit, so hopefully I should put on muscle quite fast? Also my diet needs to change. Seriously. About 2 bags of crisps a day. Chips most of the time. More junk. Chicken Dippers. More Junk. Energy Drink. I never have breakfast. I only have around 6 hours sleep a day. Inactive when at home. Serious change y/n?

Eat ~500 cals above your maintenance to gain massels (inb4 Seith kills me for this olol) 3. Join a gym and lift 4. Don't listen to your dad as he is probably a certified broscientist 5. my boy takes roids, i talked to him about if there's any substance or some stuff that i can take to decrease the time my muscles are recuperating/being sore as fuck so i can work out more, he said he can start me on a cycle of some shit that's apparently illegal if it's illegal im guessing its some hardcore shit that will shrink my dink after i stab myself with needles, but do you guys think it's bad to take steroids to just reduce recuperation time?
that's the worst reason to juice, EVER. 10$ says the guy who told you that didn't research it at all and will regret it later on

Also, when you stay 'positive feedback' and 'bb.com' in the same sentence, it doesn't make any sense.
There was tons of threads on bb.com forums asking if the routine is any good. According to most people on there, it is. [editline]1st July 2011[/editline] I actually have to chop off a bunch of exercises from his routine because they're literally impossible in my gym lol.

Learn your shit first before you consider them. ( i.e Diet, routine ect.)
In my opinion you should only juice if you have pretty much reached your natural limits/potential OR have naturally low test levels.

I don't know anything about steroids, but taking them right after a car crash sounds like a stupid idea.
my dad was prescribed steroids to help with some problems and shit he had with muscles, he had constant shit going on because his job involved moving lotsa heavy stuff and injuries
are you sure those were androgen steriods and not one of the other 4
There is So many myths about steroids it's not even funny but if you want to take them go for it one cycle wont kill you
