I don't think it's a good idea to keep doing it tbh.
What shoulder exercise should I do instead?

Do dumbbell shoulder press.
Has anyone ever tried this stuff?

holy shit protein is cheap in america. that shit would cost like $160 in australia.
[editline]3rd July 2011[/editline]
I just searched for the same product in both shops to compare prices.
American shop
http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3267252
price = $54.99
Australian shop
http://www.gnclivewell.com.au/product.asp?id=877&t=Gold+Standard+100%25+Whey++Chocolate+2.27kg&cid=2
price = $114.95
what. isn't the australian dollar stronger than the american dollar as well? I feel like I'm getting massively ripped of right here. I mean it costs more than twice the amount in australia. although I'm terrible at understanding the economy so I'm probably missing something here.
but anyways, protein is way too fucking expensive in australia.
it's well worth the price imo

Shit, that was supposed to be a link to the mass gainer. The reason I'm wondering if anyone has used it is because that bag is 12lbs (5.5kg) but the nutrition label says that's only 16 servings. That's 3/4 of a pound per scoop/shake. How the fuck is it normal to down a 1lb shake? I thought the idea of it was to help you gain mass more efficiently.
my gym just went full retard and closed for the entirety of July
fuck my life
guess I'll have to take a 30minute ride to the next town then
Get back to working out at home so Perfumly's title will be valid again.

Mine is only closed today.
I've been working out at home (using P90X, loosely following it, mainly just using the workout ideas for stuff that i can use at home.) I'm thinking about using the Insanity program for its cardio sessions, though. Any ideas about that here?
Which is a better split matchup? Bis/Tris and Back/Chest or Bis/Back and Tris/Chest?
The second one.
Any specific reason or should I not care?
Tris and chest because chest excercises often use tris as well I believe.

Two ways of thinking which shouldn't matter to you.
One reason,
It's a consequence of bad goal preception. If you had PROPER goal preception, those questions wouldn't have been asked.
sooooo my temporary new gym has no squat rack... only a power cage exclusively for deadlifting
it does have a squat machine though, should I use that or is it too different?
also max dumbbells are 35lb lolol
my gym has no squat rack or power rack, I have to use the smith machine
mine is a regular machine though
no :smith: stuff
[editline]5th July 2011[/editline]
it also has a traps machine

made shrugs a whole lot easier
Simple yes/no question, i'm wondering whether this bench I am buying includes a squat rack, vertainly doesn't look like it, but can the part at the back be used as one?

Is this workout any good for someone looking to gain a bit of weight? I'm young (15) and don't want to damage my joints through heavy weightlifting.

No.
Man the fuck up and go to a gym. Doesn't matter if you're 15 or 25.

Your PT sounds like a generic idiot who spews broscience every opportunity he gets.
Don't listen to that fool.
