Just like every other machine. No need to stablize. More weight can be applied. There's a purpose by that logic alone. They're good in terms of sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, excellent even.
I have no idea what that last sentence means but I don't like the idea of hauling 10 25kgers back and forth
I have no idea what that last sentence means but I don't like the idea of hauling 10 25kgers back and forth
Machines are more isolation-oriented. Meaning that asymmetrical people might be offered a better chance for sarcoplasmic(swolenessssssss) hypertrophy due to the fact there are no overpowering muscles with machines. Also, good for the traps you fucker.
dat dere shrug machine is better for that
Anyone know if it's unhealthy or a bad idea to be doing workouts on cocaine? I googled it a bit and most of the answers say "Don't do cardio, lift instead" and that "It's really bad for your heart" because your heart is already pounding like hell. I gave it a try and it definitely gives you that energy and state of motivation you need for a great pump, which sometimes is hard to get when you've had a shitty day or you just aren't in the mood.
um as far as I know doing cocaine at all is unhealthy
Cocaine is a stimulant so it will help you lift more. Cocaine is addicting and unhealthy so in that sense, yes, it is a bad idea.
My gym lacks a leg extension machine. Anything I can replace them with?
1. Put heaviest db's on each trap (left, right etc) 2. Squat 3. ??? 4. Profit nothing.
I think my arms are lagging ... How the hell is this even possible T_T
.... is it that hard to understand?
Kinda, arms are usually the last thing you'd see a bodybuilder having trouble to develop. I put as much effort in to them as any other part of my body. I guess my newbie gains just stopped.
