im thinking of buying some of this, i have the chocolate flavored kind but it tastes like pure shit
i wonder if it's actually flavorless, i'd really like to be able to mix it with water and not taste anything

It most likely tastes like shit, vomit and factory made food essence blended together.
I'm a fan of six star whey protein. It's relatively cheap and the vanilla flavor tastes v good when blended with milk and bananas.

I love dips.
Just tried out my spanking new 15kg plates and made a new record of 98kg lift. Still felt like I could've gotten up more. Grip almost gave out though, was holding the barbell with my fingertips in the end of the motion.

Deadlift yes, I'm doing the both palms inwards, since I'm not confident enough to do the mixed grip in fears of trying to clench my bicep and potentially hurting it.

Augh, I hate the Vanilla shit unless you put something in it, It was torture everyyime I had to drink that.

Just take a couple days off if you feel like shit and i don't mean "boo hoo I had a bad day at school/work", I'm talking real illness here, i.e sickness.
You guys should find a cable crossover machine, hook a belt around the bottom cable, lie down across it and wrap the belt around your feet. Put like 20-30kg on, hold the frame which should be above your head and start pulling your knees towards your chest.

'all of that' lol, i'm still small and can't even bench b/w yet, i have a long way to go. ss has been good for me, i think i've benefited a lot from what some people call noob gainz. i also go running in between lift days and that's my only cardio.
i have been looking after my body or at least keeping track to make sure i never got too unhealthy so lets call it four years of 'maintainance' with a month of being a clueless curlbro and six weeks of ss
