vanilla fucking owns bro, people are just faggots
Vanilla protein shakes reppin'
I'm not really into supplements, I just rather eat well, but now as I'm working 5 days a week it's hard trying to get the essential calories and protein every day. So I'm prolly going to get this: http://www.iammutant.com/products/mutantmass.php 6.8KG's of mutant mass, not that much protein but good fats n stoof. Only 50e. I'm not gonna use that 4 scoops per day daily, cause I don't need additional 1100 cals per day lol. 2 will do the job just well unless I'm running. Cookies & cream sounds fucking incredibly delicious.
vanilla sux yall gay
i use a tasteless brand called 'only whey', i bend milk and bananas through it and it tastes amazing :D
the vanilla whey that they sell over here has the highest amount of protein in comparison to its chocolate and strawberry counterparts
get the flavorless shit that tastes like vomit powder and gulp that shit down man
Still good results in my opinion, L34rn (meaning the weighs by the way). In six weeks that sounds pretty solid since I haven't managed anything like that in a year.

How long did it take you to be able to go into a handstand from that position? also how much do you weigh? and how tall are you??
Know what sucks? Going for a hard workout at the gym (working chest on Mondays) and 25 minutes into your workout you hurt you shoulder. I know this isn't a rant/complain thread but I have to because I'm mad.
Any injury, however slight, that prevents you from doing what you intended to do makes me angry because when I'm gonna do something I WANT to do it, not something else.

Dam Jesselm3, that is impressive. Did you do gymnastics or something, and your core is incredibly strong if your doing that.
