i'm finally gonna start a gym membership next week. no more working out in my garage or using free membership trials from various gyms across NSW :v: it's so hard doing a proper upper back or leg workout with my current equipment. my arms, shoulders, chest, and lower back are huge but my upper back and legs are lagging behind.
k thanks man. i know it was a dumb question and considering i can only do around 11 dips as apposed to 45 pushups, and considering the muscles used... :downs: but i felt i needed to ask.

If is it strength you want, you might want to change things a bit. Legs go crazy because as people said you're not driving them into the ground and you're not really planted into the bench like jizz to a woman's vagina. At those weights you'll handle those unstable movements but when the weight rises, it's gonna be a problem. Also, you're smacking your chest too much. Weight is probably a little to heavy, so you can't control it so well. It's supposed to be touch n go, not smack the shit out of sternum n go

Looks like that's what I need to do. I pretty much used my home gym as much as I could. I just have adjustable dumbbells up to 50 pounds, and a pullup and dip bar. Doing dozens of bench presses, squats, and dead lifts at 100 pounds isn't going to do anything anymore. Well the trial thing could still work. I got a trial membership at a some gyms for like 2 weeks. Idk when uni starts for you but it's less than a month for me. Seems doable by now

just got back from chest/tri day. feels like my arms are two pieces of wood attatched to my body with string (aka good). Who knew some pvc pipe and a string could give such a beast forearm workout?
