I usually do 6 sets of bench PHAT requires it u mad?
Am I only one who feels like shit at morning? Mostly spinal cord pains and dry mouth even though I go to gym 2-3 times week and I do exercises at home. Mostly on hot days, is it okay or is there some problem with my health?

And while spinal twist machine is the only efficient ab machine I've encountered, it's bad for your back. Soo I finally decided to buy some supplements. Soo I got 4kg bucket of whey-80 strawberry (76% whey), I got a shaker and 500 grams of creatine as "a gift". They also had a one day deal for 118 gram protein bars, three for one. So I bought almost 2 kg's of protein bars for 12.5€. You cant even get as much of decent chocolate for that price, not bad, eh? Each bar has 440 cals, 30 grams of protein. Makes a good snack. And I got a coupon my friend that gives me a free can of fat burners. Do they actually do something? 629-1 CLA Advanced, 90 kpl 1 0 € 0 € 1000 mg Clarinol™ 80 (800 mg CLA 50:50 seos isomeerit c9, t11 ja t10, c12)

Well FUCK that, its been almost a month and my gym completely closed. Is there any modification to SS I can do that won't fuck the whole thing over (I don't have a power rack at my house right now so no squats)? Otherwise is there any other beneficial routine I can do until I figure out a solution to this shit [editline]1[/editline] I have plenty of dumbells, a bench, barbell freeweights etc just no squat rack. I also have lat pulldown and chest fly machine and that shit.
Bad sleeping posture/ bed. Dry mouth? even throughout the day? Constant peeing? are you over weight?
I tried to fix my sleep posture but it didn't help much. Dry mouth until like 13:00. I don't have problem with peeing. Kinda underweight-ish, average like.
Worst comment ever by you. I disappoint. I was making a point, it doesn't matter what you use, but rather if you even should use.
Well I think i should use it bc i'm a sweaty motherfucker

Using chalk is pretty much the same thing as doing that...? Idk why you're throwing a bitch-fit. The only different is chalk continues to absorb the sweat after application whereas towels do not. The only argument i could see against using chalk is 'to not waste your money' but i climb and have a shit ton of chalk accessible already sooooooooo

Thus, not only saving time, but actually earning MOAR MONEY IN THE PROCESS! I R WINNAR
i dont have hands
If your bench's height can be adjusted to something comfy, then you still can squat.
...Explain?
...Explain?
I think he means if you can adjust the height of the bench press high enough, you can still use it to do squats if you move the bench out of the way.
I literally only have a bench, no press. If I knew a way to be doing squats right now i would be doing it lol.
I literally only have a bench, no press. If I knew a way to be doing squats right now i would be doing it lol.
I suppose you could clean the weight and do front squats... the only way I could think of for doing back squats would be to clean and press it then lower it on your back... but this sounds incredibly dangerous and you would have to use a much lighter weight probably, so I guess you're screwed unless you can jerryrig some kind of rack
I literally only have a bench, no press. If I knew a way to be doing squats right now i would be doing it lol. I would so the alternative junk like cleaning into a front squat but that's just stupid when I could be out a gym/not be able to buy a power rack for a while.

That was a weird double post. Is it worthless to ask for any temporary routine that doesn't involve squats? [editline]24th July 2011[/editline] Bah I can't beat you when I'm on my phone :v:
Is it worthless to ask for any temporary routine that doesn't involve squats?
yes
Just went for a run for the first time since track ended in June. Feels good man
I gotta start running again. Also I squated 210LBS 3x8 yesterday! Also why am I not loosing fat with 1700 calorie cut with 140+ G protein.
Also why am I not loosing fat with 1700 calorie cut with 140+ G protein.
What is your weight + height and how long have you been cutting?
What is your weight + height and how long have you been cutting?
I'm 145 LBS 5'6. I've RE-started this cut about a 2 months ago. Haven't lost a pound. What's wrong with me? But I've actually gained some strength? Should I cut lower?

Also assuming you're a teen, I don't understand why you are cutting at 145. Take advantage of your raging hormones and just bulk the fuk out.

Just want to be lean, then I'll bulk out. Right now I see it as I can't afford the extra fat gains, so I don't need that thought holding me back when i'm bulking. It doesn't help that I have an ENORMOUS ribcage to just make it look worse. [editline]24th July 2011[/editline] I'll post a pic soon.
Using the same amount of cals more than 4 days would amount to nothing but initial decreases in weight. You need a structured routine according to your muscle mass not your body weight. too tired to explain read burn the fat feed the muscle. done deal
If I can't workout for a while, is there any way to delay the muscles deteriorating (or whatever the word is)? Possibly keeping them flexed for large amounts of time?
