Sorry. Thanks octave, and I think I was looking for someone to say "Don't do x, do y". Instead of just sarcasm and a piss-taking. Fair enough you probably get dozens of teens like me a week so i can respect the attitude (I'm in alot of small communities that get lots of newbies). But I did come here to get into fitness and I intend to, with or without help.
My suggestion would be a FAQ stickied at the top of the sub-forum to prevent things like this happening again (It must happen alot right?).
I know that getting fit doesn't just take a month or even a week. I said I am going to keep at it and I am. I was only leaving becuase no-one suggested anything better and left me feeling like an utter downs.
Finally, I am very stubborn when I feel like people are laughing or taking the piss out of me so I'm sorry for any trouble I caused.

uugh.. for some reason my thighs get bigger and my torso doesn't or takes a long time. any ideas? i barely train my thighs except for a week i did and it got soo much bigger D: my torso is pretty skinny tho. any ideas to excercises that i can do to get my torso bigger fast?

but then I discovered I was on a 2000cal diet and actually needed 1000 cals more for decent growth.
You're not eating enough, eat more.
Also get a proper routine like SS or SL 5x5 (Google those) and lift heavier.
Yesterday after doing my squats, I felt pretty much no exhaustion in any parts of my thigh, even though I did them with 10lbs heavier than I usually do. What does this mean? Could I have been doing them wrong?

my supps came in the mail. Although Seith thinks I'm a huge fucking faggot for buying weight gainer I'm going to give it a shot anyway.
Usually when I go for a jog, I get that stinging pain in my abs, sometime around the first 15 minutes of my jog. It goes away after a while ofcourse, but is there a "trick" to so it goes away pretty much instantly?
^oh man, when i sprint, most of the time after a minute or so, i get that sharp pain on my right side beside my bottom abs
Sometimes it gets so bad I have to stop running, even when I'm not exhausted and can still sprint. Apparently happens to lots of other people to, but in different areas

What? look, do whatever. It's not the WRONG way.
If I had the cash, I would have bought a shit load of supps by now. I've been working out for almost 2years, not including my shitty years.. [4 in general I'd say]
I never used a supp. I keep going up in weights and I still am not dying to get a supp. Getting enough cals and protein is overrated. It's a conspiracy that bb.com created to get you to buy shit.
Life is easier with supps, but at this forum's current strength and mass levels, it's just not something you need other than convenience.
