Na. I eat a variety of different things every day.
Yesterdays was relatively 'clean' so I might stick with it.
4 Eggs in 2 Bagels, with cream cheese and butter for breakfast.
1 cup of granola w/ Milk.
500g Yogurt.
3 Scoops of Clotted Cream Ice Cream, 2 Scoops strawberry whey protein, 2 pints of milk / Blended.
Pretzels.
Organic Beef Mince + Uncle Ben's Con Carne Sauce.
Totals for the Above:
3623 Calories
162g Fat
352.8g Carbs
172g Protein
I normally don't use supplements, but I found 500ml protein drinks on sale for 1.5€/ea. Normally they cost 3.5 euros each. 40 grams of protein and 40 grams of carbohydrates per bottle.

So summer workouts has started up again, in the mornings only from 7-9.
Now we do upper body one day and lower body the other, which we never done before, and we also run alot.
But somehow I went from 160 to 165 in 4 days...
Which is quick but i guess its good, I've been taking suppliments after like muscle milk, and eating bacon and eggs when I get home.

I'll be going on a 4 week vacation in a couple of weeks, how do I avoid losing muscle(I won't have access to any kind of equipment)?

Even then a couple o linemen were a decent sized 220, and again our whole D-line was black except for me.
I was a lean 210
Our tackle was 280 6'2 full grown ass man, my workout partner, huge as fuck
Our other end/tackle was a 6'4 and 250lbs, but this man was goddam beast. Monkey hands, fast, and is the hardest hitting fucker I have ever seen in my life. Too bad he went to jail lol, but he's coming back.
And our other D-end was 6' 220, again a grown ass man, but this fucker was fast, like super fast for his size and was swole as ever.
Binsky did you post that video of you ripping off your nails? If you've done it already you should repost it I love stuff like that.
