My deadlift went up to 335lbs when I was pretty small and new to lifting. Deadlift just isnt that difficult of a lift to progress on.
Perfumly what is your height/weight?? That's pretty impressive.
Deadlifting is the ultimate "showing off" exercise. So easy to impress nonlifters. :v:

Oh well i guess its about your body too. i weigh 69. So its only like 26kg above my own weight.
My routine has been kind of fucked recently with it being summer and with me working 3x as much, I'm still doing SL 5x5
Squat is only up to 220.
DL is still 210.
Bench is 135.
At 5 reps of course.
I'm getting back into it, and I've re-introduced cardio into the routine.
I'm going on a bulk as soon as school starts, lifts haven't been going up very much cause I'm still on a cut, which was a bit of failure. Lack of fatloss results damaged my motivation.
Would like to hear opinions on CLA softgels.

Zero [I]real[/I] weightlifting experience. I just lifted stuff without knowing what it'd do. I never DL'ed, never squatted (that sounds wrong). I used some gay machine for legs, which sucks.
Hard dieting and exercising for me and I shaved 5 pounds off, 5 more to go for me to get to the generic 150 and rebuild for the Army.

I've just lazed around. Got down to 106kgs before I got seriously into a "meh" mood and just ate what I wanted. Now back at around 110kgs. Will start fasting again. Probably holding off any "serious" weighlifting and such to when uni starts again and I have to cheer up a bit.
Alright fp, im getting back into weightlifting, because i want to get in really fucking good shape. I was lifting for 2-3 months earlier, and started noticing GREAT definition and i was getting size, but i stopped cause i got grounded, and then went on vacations and such, and lost all my muscle.

3x BB or DB Row: 8 reps
2x Bicep Curls: 10 reps
Day 2
4x Bench Press: 5 reps
3x Military Press: 8 reps

2x Ab/Calf Work: 15 reps (resisted crunch
Day 3
4x Deadlifts: 5 reps
3x Pullups: 8 reps
3x Leg Press: 8 reps
2x Biceps Curls: 10 reps
Day 4
4x DB or Incline Press: 5 reps
3x Chest Dips: 8 reps
3x Side Lateral Raise: 8 reps
2x Ab/Calf Work: 15 reps

One guy in our school benched 100kg at 70-75 kgs without previous lifting. He competed in the bench pressing youth world championships this summer and got third (83kg bodyweight, lifted 150kg).
Maucer, man... My friend has been lifting for a while, and has some testosterone efficiency problem, where his body pumps out way more testosterone than he needs, and he has HORRIBLE fucking ADD. Hasn't EVER taken meds for ADD, and he threw away his estrogen pills to balance his shit out like 4 years ago.
He weighs 130 pounds, benches 280-290,
squats 450-500
deadlifts like 400-450 i think.

Yeah, and this is legitimately true. Hes got a scholarship for wrestling already i think, and he got that just by someone seeing him lift, they said as strong as he is, he could wrestle 3 weight sets up and hold his own.

What i would do, is if you have a blender/ smoothie maker, do this.
I get some frozen fruit (frozen strawberries, act as flavor, and the ice. means less to drink)
2-3 scoops of ice cream, whole milk, and protein powder. You can add in a little sugar if you want, and then blend that fucker up, and it will taste delicious.

Some of them taste disgusting. This chocolate milk one i had tasted like horse asshole, i gave it to a friend for free.
