Well you can't expect to grow without protein.
Everything essential was in that 'crap' you read, stop being such a fucking baby and disrespecting us all by calling it that.

This, and why are you even here?
You obviously don't have what it takes to lift weights.
nvm
It doesn't exactly take a lot to lift things up and put them down again.
By that I mean y'know, to be dedicated to it.
Here is my new guide to getting yoked v.2:
eat a lot
lift heavy things
repeat
why
'cause they'll ruin your teeth and don't do any good for you.
Very mad right now, my fucking crippled arm makes it very difficult to lift, especially with dumbells, right now it is not too bad, as I am lifting small weights, it's just searing pain. But as I get to heavier weights I fear it will impede my progress. And I am getting an operation on it soon, this might help, but it's not guaranteed.
Hmmh anyone else find it hard to choose clothing? Cause I'm so short S-size height is good for me, but altho im not big, S is way too small for my chest & back, while M and L are too long and wide from the waist and look saggy, and people say I've gained weight. It's not that S wouldn't fit, but I find it uncomfortably tight and you can see my nipples all the time lol

Yeah its good but it just doesn't fit well. Armpits are tight and the fabric is all wrinkly, it just doesn't look good. I want "shaped" t-shirts that are narrower from the bottom.

HOMIE WHAT U MEAN, MA WARMUP IS 315
I need some snack advice. I work at a very busy bar, and most nights I don't have time to eat anything while I'm on-shift. So from 3:30 to 11:00 on those nights, I can't pack in the calories I need. I need some kind of delicious and protein rich snack I can sneak bites off of when I've got a couple free seconds. I can bring stuff in, it just has to be bite-sized stuff that won't get nasty if it sits on the counter for a few hours. I was thinking protein bars, but they're very expensive to be chowing down like that, and I don't know of any place where I can buy them in bulk.
Try non-salted peanuts.
...... buy some balony/cheese whatever, get some ice packs from fridge. put in bag. bam.
:|
Yeah, I've been munching on peanut snack packs, but they don't have as much protein as I'd like them to, and I'd have to eat a hell of a lot of them in order to make up for the meals I'm missing. I guess I'm just wondering if you guys have any recommendations on protein bars and know of any stores where I can buy them in bulk? I think they're going to be my best chance of still pulling in enough calories to bulk on work nights.
lol I eat 100g of peanuts per day just to get the calories in
if you want to buy protein bars in bulk your best bet is online
I'm not sure why you would though, they cost like $3-4 a bar most of the time.

That's a lot of peanuts, man.
I dunno, are they even something you want to eat a lot of? My little snack pack here has 22g of fat and only 13g of protein. They say that the fat in peanuts is the healthy kind, but isn't packing a whole bunch of it down still counterproductive? I really don't know much about this diet stuff!
crackers and peanut butter/nutella would be good too probably. And cheaper.
if i do SL 5x5 on tuesdays and thursdays, is that enough or do i need to add another day
planning on using the school gym, we get those 2 days a week to do what we want for the class

I think the idea of the workout is that you go three times a week, so you always start the week with a different workout, that is what I am doing, tuesday, thursday and saturday.
You can go as often or as infrequently as you like.
The losses and gains will be the teller.
Personally I hit the gym everyday and work different parts with at least 2 days between the same part.
Sometimes I hit the same part twice in a row with light reps on the first day and heavy reps on the second day to shock the body with a 'round 2 motherfucker'.
I usually spend between an hour and two hours at the gym, cause I like to rest longer periods, some absolutely huge bro at my gym who presses 132lb dumbbells works out for 4 hours, and some pro bodybuilders go to the gym twice a day.

You mind as well take a fist full of salt.
How far does genetics play a role in your body, nutrition, etc. ?
