Tins of tuna/etc are pretty easy to snack on and quite cheap. As mentioned unsalted nuts (as well as seeds) can be great too. Jerky sticks are also pretty good, but of course the healthy versions instead of the salted ones. You can also eat oatmeal by itself but that isn't very tasty imo.

I hear ISS Oh Yeah! bars being referred to as some of the best tasting. There's also a couple of companies that make rather tasty protein cookies and stuff like that. For bulk ordering you're best doing it online straight from the company or a net store.

What is a 3rm and 1rm? I finished my third day at the gym on-schedule. This is pretty fun! I'm actually bummed out I'm not scheduled to go again until Monday. I can see how this could become addicting.

I got a sample of that n.o.xpload, comes with 1.5 servings. Going to take it on my arm day tomorrow, hopefully it doesn't upset my stomach like other pre workouts.
I have a full case of N.O.Xplode but I'm not using it yet.
Jack3d is fucking terrible, mixes badly, tastes like someone pissed in lemon juice and doesn't really do shit for me as pre-workout supp other than give me the jitters while working out and generally feel horrible NO Xlpode on the other hand, oh man. I already told you motherfuckers about how I tried to rape a male lion after taking some of that. And it mixes well. And it tastes fantastic.
does NOXplode have any negative side effects? what exactly does it do?
pre workouts just give you a boost before you go to the gym. they all do kinda the same thing, but some work better for some people. [editline]19th August 2011[/editline] some people get jittery, nauseous, or whatever as a side effect. and a lot of them have a lot of caffeine.
If I eat an within an hour before taking N.O.Xplode I finish my workout and then puke everywhere.

Cutting is proving to be a little difficult as my metabolism is about as slow as a x486 (first geek joke I've made in about 6 years!), but I'm slowly getting there. I need help with calf raises. How exactly am i supposed to do them? i mean.. i know how to do them. But when i workout my calves for a day (100 calf raises with both legs and 50 with each individual legs so total of 200 calf raises) my legs get sore as fuuck after a day which is normal. but what am i supposed to do? rest them or keep working my calves out when they're healing?
