seriously everytime i see someone post something like "i've been doiing 300 oveRhead 360 bicep extensioN reps but my mussels still haven't been getting any bigger" i palm my face so hard. it's like some people can't grasp the fact that doing so many reps won't actually do jack shit in helping you gain muscle.
I was going to point out that for some people their legs seem to respond better to a high(er) rep range, but 200 reps is excessive lmao your CNS will probably think you are trying to murder it or something, great for DOMS, but not much else.
I just ate 2 raw eggs and a can of tuna. Am i cool?

No way, the amount of legal shit you'd be in for faking your own death is astounding, not to mention social repercussions. TBH I've seen the dude's post on the steroid.com forum he seems like a fairly intelligent guy, so it's possible his internet persona is just that, a persona, but when you're living a lifestyle of vanity and have people hanging off your nuts everywhere, you start to get a god complex going.

Oh god I just did the worst workout ever. I just suddenly feel so numb. Deadlifting the barbell alone felt like lifting a ton.

Just starting my cut, taking advice from the maintenance calculator and going for 1400 calories, as well as my SL 5x5, I am going to add in some intense cardio workouts, probably lasting half an hour in total, (the cardio, that is), and I was wondering, should I do my cardio before or after my SL, or does it not matter? My other question is, does anyone else here run marathons, cross country etc, I have just started training up for those.

I've been doing S/L 5x5 since about May, when would be a good time to go onto something more advanced?

How is SL 5x5 working? I've gained strength, not remarkable amounts, but that was probobly because I was on a cut most of the time during this. Thats why I'm thinking I should definatly keep going at SL because I won't see the full benefit unless I bulk. And I really need to work on my DL I can squat a bit more than I can DL, and I've gone over the form, i'm not sure if it's a matter of being fatigued because I always leave it last, but it still needs work. My Bench went from 95 to 125 Squat went from 190 to 220. Not sure about Deadlift. It's at 215 currently. Wow those are really shitty results for 4 months... FML.

FML.[/QUOTE] you're on a cut; I wouldn't expect much gains honestly, but as long as you're getting the intended effect ( i.e bodyfat % loss) I see no reason to switch things up to more "advanced".
Oh, that sucks, I would have liked to continue to gain strength through my cut, stupid of me to think I could really... I am trying to get from 17% body fat to something like 6-10%, to hazard a guess, how many months do you think it will take me? Could I achieve it by the end of the year?
