Cement weights? That's... weird?
Cement weights are cheaper but bulkier. Weights are weights.

[editline]2nd June 2011[/editline]
i seriously need summone to make me schedule everytime I go to the gym I just do a full body workout with a shitload of machines and stuff
WELL machines kind of suck because you get no stability muscles trained (or very little). If I were you I would google SS or that other one I forget the name of that starts with a W or some shit [editline]2nd June 2011[/editline] Any one know what i'm talking about?
I don't wanna do SS, I'm only really doing this for aesthetics Anyone know what hes talking about
I don't wanna do SS, I'm only really doing this for aesthetics Anyone know what hes talking about
so you just doing all this for the ladies
Well you're not going to want to do the other one if you don't want to SS. [editline]2nd June 2011[/editline] I am of the opinion that you should go for general strength and health and aesthetics will come with it BUT WHAT DO I KNOW?

Ok. So I am finally done with high school. I am being sworn into the National Guard two days after I graduate and will be enrolled into the RSP program. I'm getting into a gym and a 20$ all-access gym membership card. What's even better the gym is just a good jog away from my house. Are there any recommended sets out there that would help focus on my arms and shoulders? How long should I be at the gym after running ~3-4 miles?
Why would you 'focus' on anything? Just hit everything as hard as possible
Why would you 'focus' on anything? Just hit everything as hard as possible
My legs and stomach would be shot to Hell by the time I run to the gym, what's left aside from getting done with arms. [editline]2nd June 2011[/editline] Not to mention that my area is very hilly. Usually a change in elevation at ~300 feet at a distance at ~400 feet in most places in my town.
Just take it slow. You will get used to it. A few miles before workout is nothing and cardio isn't going to replace leg workout. TBH strong arms are useless if the rest of your body is macaroni. As a national guard you will need strong core back and legs.
You could also stop running and just walk there on your leg workout days also how the hell does cardio wear out your stomach?
Lol Even then a couple o linemen were a decent sized 220, and again our whole D-line was black except for me. I was a lean 210 Our tackle was 280 6'2 full grown ass man, my workout partner, huge as fuck Our other end/tackle was a 6'4 and 250lbs, but this man was goddam beast. Monkey hands, fast, and is the hardest hitting fucker I have ever seen in my life. Too bad he went to jail lol, but he's coming back. And our other D-end was 6' 220, again a grown ass man, but this fucker was fast, like super fast for his size and was swole as ever.
mirin , all the ones here and surrounding areas ive seen are never that big so early
Woo chest/waist ratio 1.4. Chest measured 102cm at nipples height while my waist is 73cm. I could have stretched my chest a cm or two.
73cm? fuck man, I thought I was slim here with 80cm
Haha, i can make it look quite freaky if I push all the air out and stretch my diaphragm. Uploaded with ImageShack.us
those are stomach vacuums, practicing them is apparently good for your abs
it really only trains one muscle thats used for posture . doing a couple seconds of muscle vacuums wont get you much of anything
posture is quite important too
it really only trains one muscle thats used for posture . doing a couple seconds of muscle vacuums wont get you much of anything
There's no correlation with a bulging belly and your Transversus Abdominis besides the fact you might develop a more forward posture due to muscle weakness. Also, those 'target' the internal obliques as well.

You should see me spreading my shoulder blades, sucking my stomach in, filling my chest or doing this weird vacuum chest muscle thing that looks pretty odd.
