Go work your legs, and abs. working back will also help.
Most punches pop from the legs, through the abs, and the arm is just a conduit.

Join a boxing club, LEARN, then like maybe a year down the track you can start fucking with stupid stuff in the hopes of improving your power.
I've been a competitive amateur boxer for years now, I have NEVER done dumbell punching shit (except rarely when we've had asinine forms of circuit training at boxing).
If you've got your technique down to a T, and you want to increase your power/speed , do heavy resistance training. AKA a smart weight training regime.

Im about to hit a keto diet again, last time i lost 6kg in two months, but this time im gonna add surfing and weight training to the mix as well as cardio twice a week.
What are your opinions on keto?

How did you do keto without weighttraining? Do you mean you did like the atkins diet? And I figured people would lose more than 6kg in 2 months. I planned on doing keto whenever my bf% gets higher, but tbh Idk if I could keep up that diet for more than a month.

idk how the fuck i did it. like first time in the gym popped on 200 and did it. I'm a pretty small dude, and i was only training with two 45 dumbbells before going to the gym for the first time.
the thing is I'm not really small, 6'3" 195lbs, I just have no upper body strength apparently :c

I'm just assuming it's because I started lifting on a cut so I'm not really gaining much strength, my squats and deadlifts are going up but I feel like they'll probably max out soon.
Stop worrying about your fucking weight, your improving. That's the main goal of lifting. there are ALWAYS GOING TO BE BETTER PEOPLE than you. But keep it up, and one of those weak guys like you, will look at you and say "wow I feel small".

Keto is just low carbs diet. You could even gain weight while being on keto diet. The same calorie in/out rules apply.
Interesting is how so many people suddenly start feeling so good and happy when they reach the stable keto state. Many people have reported they're gotten rid of sleeping problems, even mild depression.

Read up on SS and SL 5x5 and pick the one you like the most.
After you're done with it you can start focusing on mass or whatever.
