Hey doctor, you might wanna understand the fact that any diet style doesn't affect the way my legs look. I just grew up with it.
Hey doctor, you might wanna understand the fact that any diet style doesn't affect the way my legs look. I just grew up with it.
It's exactly like those fat people who claim , "I've tried every diet out there and I still can't seem to lose weight. "
Too bad any diet doesn't affect my legs.
HI I'M SPECIAL HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY DOESN'T APPLY TO ME
HI I'M SPECIAL HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY DOESN'T APPLY TO ME
? I didn't say that.
? I didn't say that.
How about this, reduce your daily calories by 500 and combine with exercise and then come back in 4-5 weeks and try and tell me you haven't lost fat on your legs as well as everywhere else
I'll include progress pics.
Gonna start my first real split tomorrow. Stole it from a zyzz interview but whatever
Gonna start my first real split tomorrow. Stole it from a zyzz interview but whatever
is that the one with 40 sets each workout? good luck
Running and shit helps build leg muslce right?
Running and shit helps build leg muslce right?
lolno. Squats do.
lolno. Squats do.
Really? But if you're out running/playing basketball like I do often and they're sore the next day that isn't a sign of your legs getting stronger? Of you're legs getting stronger?
Really? But if you're out running/playing basketball like I do often and they're sore the next day that isn't a sign of your legs getting stronger? Of you're legs getting stronger?
No, soreness is not an indicator of growth/success of a workout.
I see, im skeptical but whatever
What's a good weight training program that I can do from home with minimal equipment needs?
Squat up to 225, I've been on a bulk for a 2 weeks and my lifts are starting to go up rapidly.
"You don't get girls with calves"
false
Gonna start my first real split tomorrow. Stole it from a zyzz interview but whatever
what a terrible idea. stick with that other routine for like 2 months at least dude.
what a terrible idea. stick with that other routine for like 2 months at least dude.
ok
Like to hear some opinions on that routine .
I think you need roids to keep up with that routine anyway. Its not like Zyzz routine = Zyzz body.
false
lol i know a couple decent chicks that have a calve fetish, gotta do me sum calves now
I see, im skeptical but whatever
There's a difference between endurance and strength, amigo.
Is http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/steve-cook-muscle-building-program.html A good workout routine to get in shape and put on strength and size?
my calves are fucking monstrous like, if they grew any bigger they would block out the sun i could kick the moon, man
Is http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/steve-cook-muscle-building-program.html A good workout routine to get in shape and put on strength and size?
why do people copy professionals workout routines? would it not make more sense to make up your own and adjust to to your lifestyle/body type ..
my calves are fucking monstrous like, if they grew any bigger they would block out the sun i could kick the moon, man why do people copy professionals workout routines? would it not make more sense to make up your own and adjust to to your lifestyle/body type ..
Well, im thinking about moving on towards that later down the road, but right now im just trying to get some starting muscle to pound on. Im thinking about doing SL for maybe 3 months, then doing that.
Really? But if you're out running/playing basketball like I do often and they're sore the next day that isn't a sign of your legs getting stronger? Of you're legs getting stronger?
Long distance running won't really build the legs all that much, but anecdotally, guys who have been running for decades tend to have fairly good calves development On the other side of the coin, sprinting is fantastic for building muscle, and IMO, I would say hill sprints would beat squats too. Unfortunately, not many dudes can handle truly intense hill sprinting because it kills your lungs and hurts like fuck, plus it's not something you can do a lot of because the DOMS from hill sprints are insane.
