what are good sources of easy protein (aside from protein powder) with relatively low calories? Easy like I don't have to cook it, I get pretty lazy sometimes. I eat at least one can of tuna a day, getting pretty boring lately (120 cals 30g protein). I just bought some cottage cheese too, it's like 200 cals and 32g protein per cup but it tastes pretty bland, anything you recommend adding? I was thinking maybe a tbsp of honey or something.
Today I did a "proper" test on the starting weigh I'll use for the almost-clean and press. 42kgs seemed like something I can almost military press without using legs so I'll start from there and try to get to 5 reps without using legs in the press portion and then increase the weigh.

HIIT for fat burning: yes or no?
So I decided to sign up for cross country this year. I suck dick but that's not the point. Our school is remodeling, and they have redone the gym and it's a lot better, before there were 4 mats, now there's 12, and the moved the squat/bench-press things around the room, and got some extreme bench presses. They're also replacing the weights so it's in kilos and color-coded which is pretty cool. And then we had some dude come in who's helping over see it I think and helping with the sports teams. It was pretty cool and I think this is the first year our xc team is doing weight lifting. He was talking about how it helps and it was pretty interesting, and said that most sports you start at a set of 8 and work down to about 4, but for us we start and 8 and increase to about 20. So now we are gonna start lifting twice a week.
I was looking at routines and it looked pretty all-inclusive which is pretty much what I wanted. I'm just looking to progress with a different program, as I've been doing this for about 5 months solid now, going up week by week in terms of the weights I can lift, etc. Prior to that I was sort-of lifting for a further 4 months, just not very well or organized, or regularly.
Enjoy your no gains unless you're on roids or something [editline]1st September 2011[/editline] DOMS =/= good workout and muscle growth You're just going to end up over training and fucking yourself up. More volume than my testes can produce onto your girlfriends face, jesus christ. Also why does that routine look suspiciously like Zyzz's old routine?? I'll say this again, trying to copy the routine of someone who is 40+lbs heavier than you, has more training experience and is on AAS isn't ever a good idea. If really must insist on training for "aesthetics" (again I have no idea why anyone thinks that you cant get "aesthetic" without high volume) take a look at Hypertrophy Specific Training.

I heard you can get 2kgs dried soy from an "ethical" store for 9e. That's 43% protein, 95 grams of protein per euro. I've made this thing called "cotti frutti." Basically a cup of cottage cheese, a cup of milk quark, some sweet yoghurt or/and condensed juice and fruits (I use pineapple crunch or pear).
Jesus christ just buy a grill you lazy fucks. Cooking grilled chicken is literally the easiest thing I have ever done in my life.

none of those exist in Estonia
God, it's frustrating when you go to the gym and can't get access to the shit you need. This is the second day in a row where I've sat there waiting for a spot to open up for over half an hour with no luck. Didn't get a damn thing done today OR Wednesday. I really need a new gym, mine only has one bench and one power rack, and half the time I go in they have a line that's too long for me to get on them.
ask them if you can work in... most will say yes

I have to wait for the bench every now and then but almost no one besides me uses the squat rack.
How about German Volume Training (10x10, 3 exercises a day).

I was going to get a lot of natural supplements for fat loss, such as green tea, but I decided it would be cheaper to get these. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004S6EZDA/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=A14YP0O4MI815R Do you guys see any problems that I do not with these?
No problems except the fact that they don't work.
Really? I read the review and they sounded legitimate...
I could write an article about how eating nothing but bacon made me healthy, but that won't make it true. To be honest, I have no idea what it is, but if it worked, we all would've heard about it.

imo don't bother buying all those "LOSE WEIGHT FAST" products

Googling random medication that gives weight loss and expecting it to work is retarded.
You can get all of those substances in much cheaper forums at better dosages, but none of them are magical. Get your diet and exercise dialed in first, then worry about substances that may accelerate fat loss.
I don't get why no one has made some appetite suppressant medicine yet. I once had to take some malaria medicine because I was going to Africa, and I hardly ate anything for a week. Felt full all the time. [editline]3rd September 2011[/editline] I was also sleepy as hell, but I still think you could make a lot of money selling it.
