There are A LOT of appetite suppressants out there. Nicotine is just one of many examples, and you can buy energy drinks with nicotine in them.
The reason they don't sell well, is because fat people's problem isn't appetite, it's that they love food so fucking much they just eat all the time. I don't think there is a single grossly obese person that can make the argument that they were just hungry all the time. There's no fucking way.

Energy drinks with nicotine? For reals?
Medicine commonly used to treat ADD / ADHD (with the exception of strattera) completely blocks the hunger receptors in your brain. When you take them, you can go easily around 20 hours without eating, ecause you do not feel hungry at all. You can minorly feel hunger pangs after about 13 hours, and you have to force yourself to eat.
I know a few guys who get on some vyvanse when they start cutting, because they stop eating as much and dont worry about calorie defecits that much.

Yeah. They are pretty common in Japan, not sure about western countries though, probably because typically nicotine is associated with cigarettes, rather than being a very potent performance enhancer.

I started lifting about a month and a half ago. So far so good I guess. Able to get 45-1hr workout a day (except Friday). I notice some improvements like in my abs but I still have a long time til I get swole. I'm 16, 6ft and 150 pounds.
Generally mon/weds is db press, lateral raise, tricep extensions and db incline press/shoulder shrugs (I may put incline press to tues/thurs). Tues/thurs is Romanian deadlift, lat pulldown, preacher curls, db front raise. Sat is legs, combination of squats, calf raise and some machines. Sun is whatever I felt like I didn't do correctly and/or more endurance than strength. Everyday I do some ab, oblique and neck stuff sometimes in between rest and mostly after workout. Generally I do a 12-10-8 increasing weight workout. I've just been maintaining myself and I'll worry about gaining after Water Polo season. Does that seem good? Any important muscle I'm overlooking?

Can someone recommend me an ab workout? Especially need help with the lower abs. When flexed, my abs are hard as rock. What I want are cut, visible abs (when unflexed). I'm fairly certain my body fat percentage is low enough, so I know that's not my problem. I guess what I need is a workout to add mass and lots of protein???

In more exciting news, I'm finally starting to notice some physical changes since I've started working out. My biceps and shoulders have a bit of definition now, and there's a tightness in my abdomen and chest that I lacked before. And when I flex, I can see an honest-to-god muscle now! It's nothing drastic, but even a little bit of progress is great to see! It lets me know that I'm on the right path.

You will always be gaining and dropping water weight depending on a variety of factors.
Fucking last week I was shoveling carbs down my neck like crazy. Couple of days later I looked huge but my face looked like a puffy moon faced retard.
Doing some research here, people who had, have had, experience with SS please state the following :
in a 4 month period; how much pounds have you gained from start to finish (even approx's are good), strength gains and did you stall at any point during that 4 month period.
This question is aimed towards pure beginners.
