1 day would be a normal chest day the other one for maxing out on my Bench

What kind of non-shitty ab workouts can I do on my off days?
whats your routine look like
Well I lift on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I don't know if you need to know what muscle groups I do on those days, I'm just looking for a better ab workout than crunches, which I know for a fact are doing less than shit for me.
