Just finished my cut, I basically did it for aesthetic reasons/motivation, lol. Pretty stupid of me, but whatever. I plan to do SL till Christmas time, and take up mma and straight up boxing, my goal for christmas is something like this
Realistic yes/no?
After that ima get an ace hypertrophy program and stop SL for that, going to gain some good size, and after that, who knows, i'm 14, so I have all the time in the world.
No pics of you, cannot do comparison.
Anything is possible with enough time and dedication.
That's what they say anyways.
The hope still lives.
Pics of me, I shall take some this evening, I need that thingy that transfers the memory cards contents to my laptop.

Here are the latest pics, I shall label these 'before'

I'm 5 9" and 145lb
While we are on the topic, is something like that achieveable for me as well? My pic is in the sticky.
From that to beast mode for christmas time?
Nah
After seeing the pics I'll also say not a chance.
On another note, decided to skip straight to 46kgs from 42kgs after some testing.
I think those pics of Tom Hardy are shopped anyway, I went to see his movie in which those pics where taken and he looked nothing like that.
This is from footage-

'Definition' doesn't really interest me.
I mean, sure, I will lose weight, and the muscles will be more defined as I gain more muscle through strength. But my focus is increasing how much I can lift.

I'll post some pics near the end of october, see where i'm at, I basically want to get bulkier by christmas, especially around my pecs.

Free university gym membership for another 2 weeks, feels good man.
I'm off to find a gym today.
There's the accomodation gym, £100 annually, mainly running machines, pretty wank.
There's the Uni Gym, £70 annually, nearby, but could be shit.
There's a real HARDCORE gym, £280 annually, nearby, thousands of freeweights , several machines and no exercise bikes, in a barren warehouse JUST LIKE HOW I WANT IT TO BE.

Jeez, I wish membership fees were so low where I live. The nearest available gym is some giant McGym complex, filled to the brim with treadmills and exercise bikes and various machines, but in the entire gym there is only a single bench and a single power rack, and the monthly membership fee is $65, meaning I'm dropping almost $800 per year into that damn place (not counting whey shakes and high protein foodstuffs). It's really unfortunate that I don't have the room for a home gym, or I'd just buy one of those. It'd be way cheaper in the long run, that's for sure!
Dayum, my gym is £100 a month, it's a great place, I guess, although the weightlifting area is a corner... The facilities seem more directed towards preppy dicks concerned with nothing but have a huge upper body and wearing tight polo shirts...
£100??
da fuck?
Mine is around 30€/month but I don't have a membership because I only go thrice per week.
Which costs me ~14€ + 8€ for dat dere bus
I am hoping to make real good use of it, I only go thrice a week aswell atm doing SL, but when I get myself a hypertrophy program, I plan to go five times a week, I also swim there, and make use of their pool and sauna's steam rooms etc. They also do free classes like body pump.

Wow thats expensive, i pay £81 for the hardcore gym where i live, got everything.
I pay £2 for a 2 hour workout. ends up around £36 a month. It's a good gym, loads of pumped guys and the PT's are really helpful.
PT's are generally more educated than me, but that's the problem, they are only just more educated and they do it for a living... They sometimes give me good advice, sometimes tell me I shouldn't be using free weights, or shouldn't be doing a 5x5 program, just shit like that. A couple of them are really nice, don't hassle me, and clearly know their shit, so I show them respect.
PT's are really helpful.
I can guarantee 3/4 of them don't know what they're talking about.

Yer, some are just full of bro-science, but my guy is fucking awesome. Knows his stuff and is massive.
Aight, just got back from the hardcore gym. Dude short-changed me but I realised too late to do anything about it.
Hundreds of guys stared at me as I approached the bench. I load it up to 60kg, some guy shouts 'can he even do it??'.
Struggle to push out four before having to dump the weight.
Drop the weight to 50kg and proceed to do another 4 sets of 5.
Did Squats with 70kg and dumbbell rows with 25kg afterwards. Feel fulfilled. Don't think it's too bad a drop from what I was last lifting.
How much do you weight, and how tall are you?
One of my questions, what are the qualifications to be a PT or a nutritionist? I'm under a lot of pressure to choose my A levels, and I was a job in fitness.
3 months ago I weighed about 64kg.
I weighed 70kg before I came back to uni 1 month ago.
I probably dropped some bodyfat% during maintainence/mini-cut, so I'd estimate myself at around 68kg.
How long have you been lifting by the way?
Probably a year. Not really serious until 3 months ago. I'm 5'6 also.
Today's macro split was 50% carbs, exactly 25% protein and 25% fat.
I OD'd on carbs a bit today, my desired proportion is off, I'll counter this with some more cottage cheese before bed.
Not all PT's are ponces, the one I talked to back in Arizona gave me a ton of excellent advice. The program he recommended was basically just a modified SL5x5. Friendly old dude knew his stuff, and he churned out some friggen ripped dudes.
Though, from what you guys are saying, PT's like him are the minority (depending on what kind of gym you go to).
