I know it's not shit to you guys, but I broke 100 lbs on squats today, my first triple-digit workout :)

I've consumed my 13th pound of myofusion today... Just ordered another 5 pounder. 13 pounds consumed since I picked up my first tub when VQ35HR recommended it all those months ago. Where is VQ35HR anyway?

I have a predicament. Over the summer I worked out a lot, and I didn't really have a workout partner (aka no spot) so I started doing dumbbell benching instead of just regular benching with the bar. By the end of the summer I was dumbbell benching 80 pounders. My chest got a lot bigger and last time I checked my max since I got a workout partner Im at 245 lbs. The bad part is because of the rapid chest growth, I started getting stretch marks. They're really ugly and I wanna get rid of them. I feel so frail. :([/QUOTE] Dead lifts are a pain in the ass. Keep up with any exercise though, and if you get the motion right, you'll start seeing improvements.
5x5 is a good starter set for deadlifting right?

do i really need to buy supplements sometimes i just take a banana and smear it with peanut butter and eat fried eggrolls covered in peanut butter
Supplements are not required, they're just there if you're unwilling to stuff your face with meat, nuts, milk products and such to get enough protein etc.

Deadlifted 110 LBs this time. Only had to do 5 x 2 because my lower back hurt like a biatch.
Fuck yeah. Gained 5 pounds in muscle and fat in about 3 weeks. Not much, but i'm pretty damn happy. Last year i was 105 pounds and 5'7" This year i'm 130 pounds and 5'8" Also yesterday i squatted for the first time. Tried the bar first to get the hang of it, ofc it was easy. Tried 25s on each side, easy, then went straight to 45s and it was really easy. I wanna try squatting 55 on each side tommorow. You might have seen my thread. I'm also gaining. Gained 5 pounds since i started Xcountry. Eat a fuckload. Lots of milk, food, protein shakes, always be munchin' on something.
I can't help but wonder sometimes how you guys can be so happy at 1-2kg gains when I fluctuate about 5 kgs just looking at food.
I get mad meat sweats when I'm not even eating meat. I even get them when I eat Ice Cream or Cold Lettuce. And don't even mention Pasta with sauce.
