WHAT DO [editline]5th June 2011[/editline] gattdamnet BINSKY
Well you need to get a better gym by the sound of it. And I already told you should do SS. Your diet should be better probs too.
Wow 4000 calories?
Why are you surprised by 4000 calories?
This is becoming hard as fuck, there's no way I can bulk if it involves me cooking, living with my parents = Staying the fuck away from the stove... I can rarely have chicken or eggs...
what part of living with your parents prohibits you from cooking your own meals
I'm guessing his parents fear for their lives when he uses the stove
then punch them in the butt
lol guys check up this fucker http://www.youtube.com/user/Rostam16
I wanna see his legs
I usually bench and maybe chest flies on Monday, barbell/dumbells (biceps) and maybe pullups on Wednesday, Friday squats.
That is.. incredibly, frustrating.
That is.. incredibly, frustrating.
Sorry, I'll try to know everything about something before I know anything about it from now on.
why not do something like SS (pp) or SL . it has enough ab work
Sorry, I'll try to know everything about something before I know anything about it from now on.
Stop being a kid. Browse around, all the answers you need are here.
Stop being a kid. Browse around, all the answers you need are here.
I have been browsing around, and I have been looking for a routine. If you want to give me a better one, then speak up. I say this because you're telling me "all the answers you need are here." If that is so, then how come you are trying to shit on me for a routine I got from the people within this thread? If it's bad, then tell me what I can do to fix it.
Did you find your routine on Men's Fitness or some shit? [editline]6th June 2011[/editline] I have seriously never seen anything worse than that
Can we get over the fact I have a shitty routine? I previously stated in my last fucking post, I'm new to this and if it sucks then try helping and suggest a new routine. I have a home gym with a bench press, barbell, dumbells and all of the weights I need.

Find a better routine, that is truly horrendous.

Pick what you want.
why not do something like SS (pp) or SL . it has enough ab work
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw it, don't worry. I was trying to explain to the others they could be a little more like you and try to help instead of laughing at how bad my routine was.
I played tennis for 2 1/2 hours on Saturday evening and some 12 year old little shits come up to us and are like "Hey brah, got any green stuff?"
Hmph, stupid me. Tried doing squats with 40 kgs, did fine, but getting the weigh off proved impossible and in the end I decided to use the sofa to help get the weigh off my back (was using the barbell). When I squatted and then leaned over to put the other end of the barbell on the sofa, the other end's clamp gave in and all the weighs on that side dropped on ground, after which the barbell of course leaned heavily on the other side and simultaneously twisted my left arm somehow. Lost all the strength in it, no idea why, but I can barely lift and swing 4 kgs with it now. This happened 4ish hours ago. No pain though, except in my right wrist when the accident happened since it kinda twisted. Bleh, lesson learned, no "heavy" (as in too heavy for me to lift back up from behind my shoulders) weighs in squatting without a rack.

The kid was prob just asking if you had any spare balls. WAY 2 B A DIK [editline]6th June 2011[/editline]
Hmph, stupid me. It would be a lot better if you got a cage or something of the sort so if you fall you won't die. JUST MY OPINION
I KNOW BINSKY I KNOW (spare me of the toe) I would get a safety rack if I was a millionaire and lived in a big apartment but I don't so I'm outta luck
How many stations do you guys usually work out at the gym? I only play around with the free weights and those barbells.. :smith: I need to diversify.
