Tan? TAN?! Don't come talk about tan in my presence! Indoors for life!
You're Australian, shouldn't you be naturally ripped with a perfect tan and blonde wavy hair?
lmfao I have no idea how that stereotype came about this is how most australian dudes look:
Instead of denying what I say right off the bat, try reading my text. 1. You're trying to deny the fact someone blows you off so hard by giving lame ass excuses and justifications so you can continue doing shit. ("if I gain results, then why is this "utter bullshit" ?) Fact is - you have no clue what you're doing and you're a newbie. The reason your program works? newbie gains = "constant" hunger for gym. Simple deduction here. 2. You have a "working man's" schedule and yet you push more and more workouts even though it is not even fucking nessecary. again, you know nothing, but you still refuse to listen to the advice of 30000000 fucking smart people around you. Being stubborn is good, when you're right and you have done enough research. 3. do I really need to go over the ego part? fuck. 4. obviously you're a newbie continuing on his "minef programzzzz is da best u cannot deny i getz resultz" kids bullshit. You can't say a program is freaking brilliant in 2 months. That's like looking at ground zero in new york saying from barely 10% of the full building foundations and going "this will be bigger than the twin towers". Shits storms are part of life, accept it.
It's like you actually had some personal issues behind this. 4years of gym is now behind me (about) now. I'm more than happy about my current weights and I never really hit a wall with my "minef programzzzz". For the past 4 years I've been doing great and I pretty much achieved all of my goals and more.(Atleast the gym-related goals). There's no self-denying going on here and this whole argument is kind of a pointless. I never managed to hit a wall and currently my weights are just rocketing up. (They have steadily been going up for the past 4 years). There's no reason to rant about this obviously. Also no need flooding the place with this. If you have more ranting to do against me(or maybe even something useful to say?), either PM it to me or just leave it be.

Facts are - you are avoiding giving information about yourself besides simple justifications that what yo're doing is good. Not even relating to anything I say, but just going full defence mode. I never asked you what you're doing, I simply deducted according to your behaviour and answers. [that's the point where people get pissed when someone gives out wrong information. you didn't... hmph] 4 years? sure. I don't believe that for even a second. Working non-stop, non-stall, for 4 years in a row yet there are no boasts about your weights to close this "conversation". Something just isn't right but that's just how you chose to live life. You refuse to get impacted by life, so that's why you give such infantile answers. I thought about it and analysing what you say will yield no results because you're still a damn child.

You speak as if I used my "5-times-a-week" program all the time (and for the past 4 years). I only use that like once a year or so, "11" months a year I'm using my normal "4-times-a-week" program "Working non-stop, non-stall, for 4 years in a row yet there are no boasts about your weights to close this "conversation"." <- I just joined these forums not that long ago and also I'm not really into that boasting. Also I did not say, that I worked non-stop all those years, ofcouse I had breaks and all that shit. But I visited the gym as best as I could. And weights? What weights would you likeme to reveal? Also you are stating, that I'm childish and all that shit? I find that a "little" bit funny, since your behavior here is childish, you seem to take everything personally or you just happen to be a hostile-type of a fellow and hypocritical.
Useless conversation, too tired. maybe tomorrow
Well you made it this far! Yeah, let's continue this tomorrow.

It is bullshit, that's what I'm saying. He sways away from points in every post in order to justify his regimen. Fine me, I don't give a fuck.
Yeah lol, I agree, you constantly contradicted yourself whenever seith presented a well thought of, constructive argument to your points.
Yeah, luckily for me, my squat is still going up like a motherfucker, currently 210lb.
Are you breaking parallel? And how much you weigh brohomo.
Probably 195ish with my ass all the way to the floor. And I weigh 140.
Good mayne pick up that bench and youll be doing work in no time
ASS TO FLOOR = BEGINNERS. BIG ASS = BIGGER DEADLIFT SQUATS AND OVERHEAD PRESSES.
I dont do ATG, but i do go slightly below parallel. Ill throw in an ATG squat every friday to work hams.
Why do i look awesome from the front but skinny from the side? what should i work out to make myself look good from the side? [editline]11th October 2011[/editline] And when i flex i look awesome but when i don't i look fucking stupid like in those pictures. How do i fucking work out my gay ass looking sides???
idk just lift. jeeezzzus
idk just lift. jeeezzzus
what do you mean just lift? if i bench that's not gonna help that area alot. I want a workout that focuses on that area. I don't even know what that area's called D: is it triceps? or like.. back? or what D:
just keep lifting... and imo if you wanna look better from the side, work on your chest a bit more.
Your chest isn't "Awesome" by a long shot which means you have to lift a lot more. So get to it And work obliques Get 50 pound dumbbells, and sway side to side lifting with your side abs.
went from using 32kg dumbbells, to using 36kg dumbbells on my shoulder press over a week gotta love shoulder presses, feels so much better than military lifts.
You know you're dedicated when you study for your SATs while working out.
