Couple things
When I do the bent-over barbell rows, which I've done a couple times, my legs shake a bit. I am not using a heavy weight (50 lbs) and it doesn't seem hard. I've done it a couple times before and I always check my form in the mirrors. Is a minor shake normal?
When I squat my friend says my ankles break in a little bit. Could it be because my legs are spread too far apart?
There was this dude by our one and only squat rack. Right before we started he came up and asked if we were using it in a strong middle-eastern accent. Then he asked if we were squatting, I assume he thought we weren't because we are skinny 16 year olds. So we started and he just sat down and started shaking violently and throwing his head all around. After our first set we just let him do it because he was being creepy as fuck and went back to it later.
Sounds like a technique issue. Keep quads along with knees tight.
Tried to max on DL for the first time today. 275,5 or 125kg. FUCK YEAH!

Joined a gym that looks like Globogym from Dodgeball :v:
Squats have been exploding up this week FINALLY, after my hamstrings got used to going down past parallel.
Repping a little bit below what i used to rep before, i think i can easily hit 250 by the end of the year. May try and aim for 300 if i can.
bench is at 160 i believe, ill max wednesday next week and figure that shit out, if i keep my same rate of improvement up ill hit 190 in no time!
i <3 lifting.
Would working out make suicidal thoughts occur more, or am i just losing my mind quicker?

It's had the opposite affect over the last few months for me.
I plan to deload 10lb on my bench press, then go back up more slowly than before, hopefully ir will result in more effective progression.
Done with my little cut. I didn't lose that much weight but it's visible cause i'm already thin. Today off for a week holiday in northern finland, lapland =) I hope I find a gym there. I'm at least going to do some HIIT up the arctic hills =)
You can call me gay and all, but i like to wear skinny jeans. I also like to squat..
Squat < Skinny jeans or is there a middle way?
How the fuck can you squat with jeans?
I squat with boxers or really light sort of cloth-like pants. Sorta pirates of the Caribbean, only not so rugged.
I think he means what he wears casually, either that or he's a retard lol.
Couldn't you just like, buy bigger jeans?

Yo guys, can anyone describe what a pump feels like? All the times i've been to the gym I never feel that great feeling that people always describe.
I wear skinny jeans too. I don't see any problem with this. Not those tight-as-leggings ones tho.

Btw there's this guy at our gym who looks to be in pretty good shape, really low BF and big chest and shoulders. Always looking newbies with an angry face and thinking he owns the place. He always wears saggy pants and a tank top. Then once I started thinking have I ever seen him doing nothing but bench. I haven't. A few days ago I saw him leave the locker room with jeans like above. I laughed my ass off, he literally has no buttocks and you cannot see where's the join between his calves and thighs.
my calves are OP
