If you can lift the same then your doing a great cut.
I am doing my 3rd year in highschool swimming, as i have the other two years. Only difference is, im trying to bulk through the winter, this is going to fucking kill mee.
http://www.creatinemonohydrate.net/ Is this a good website to learn about creatine and what type of creatine I should take? Also are there any other good supplements out there? I heard Nitric Oxide is good.
speaking of creatine, is there any withdrawal or loss of gains once you stop taking it?
Meh, i'm quite mellow, at least I won't lose any of my gains, just a matter of me not being able to enjoy lifting for a week.
On a side not what do you guys think of marijuana and building muscle, I know that alcohol can have an impact, and i'm a frequent user of other drugs, was wondering if they have the same effect.
As long as you don't smoke before you intend to go lifting it should be too bad. After you smoke you sure as hell won't feel like going lifting though. The only issue I know of is if you have chronically low blood pressure like I do. Cannibis lowers it even more and it becomes impossible for me to get a good workout in since I'm getting really dizzy and blacking out in the middle of a set for a good week after I smoke. No weed for me :(.
According to my friend, when we use whey for recovery after any workouts, we shouldn't worry about getting fat. Because supposedly this protein usually goes straight through your body if your muscles did not use them.
What is your guys opinion on Pink Magic? Already taking whey, fish oil, multi, etc. Diet is good. Looking for something a bit extra though.

Calories= fat.

okay, i may sound rude on this one.
Creatine is not addictive for fucks sake lol, it is not a recreational drug. There are no withdrawl "symptons" from creatine, because it isnt addictive AT ALL.
Loss of gains no.
While you are taking creatine, your still working out. Working out, creates muscle.
Muscle, lets you lift more.
When your off of creatine, you STILL have the muscle.
You may be slightly fatigued from the last few reps of a set, because you dont have creatine phosphates busting causing energy like it used to.

You dont need it.
You have everything you need, right now your just trying to find a little placebo effect to somehow gain faster and get stronger quicker. Just workout harder, or do steroids. You really only have 2 options.
So I'm about 150 pounds and 6 feet tall, 5 grams a day good after a workout? And I'm supposed to drink a gallon of water a day too? I just want to make sure I don't screw this up. Also, where's the cheapest place to buy Creatine?

I picked up 500 grams for around 10 dollars at GNC. You want to load at about 20 grams a day for a week, then around 5 grams a day.

Fuck GNC, never buy from there.
WAY to expensive and overpriced.
Go to BB.com, where I LINKED... i spent 30 $, got a 5 pound bucket of creatine.
And you just take a tbspn a day man.
Drinking a fuck ton of water makes creatine worth it, otherwise its useless really.

Welp your friend is retarded, but what he said is KIND OF true.
Post workout the body is in a state where nutrient partitioning is enhanced, insulin sensitivity is increased and protein synthesis is increased. But this post workout "window" is like... 23 hours longer than the bb.com broscience retards would have you believe.
In simple terms, after working out your body is making more efficient use of the food you are consuming.
Maxed today.
In 2 months, i have gone from 135, to 165 on bench.
woo!
gj. it took me a while to get to 165 on bench, but i started at like 90.
215 or so now. :D
Egg drop ramen soup is awesome after a good workout

How long can i expect my gains to keep going up fast as fuck? Im sticking to my routine, and its been 2 months so far.
like 2 months. lol
Eh its going up at least! Im gonna try and hit 185 before my noob gain period ends.
It's shit like this that fucking brings me down. I just finished working out, i go on Facebook to see those 2 who are supposedly supposed to be my friends making fun of me. The green guy is cool but the red, Jorge, is a fucking asshole. The blue is me. What the fuck is wrong with people..
Last year i was 105 Pounds. Fucking skinny as shit. This year im 131 pounds. Yes I'm still skinny but why the fuck do they have to make fun of me right in my face. Note the "Jorge" guy is 170 pounds in fat. He's lanky as FUCK. He's just big. What the fuck..
Is going from 105 Pounds to 131 Pounds in a year good or am i just fucking with my head and i just think i did good? This just fucking devastated me for some reason...
hahaha ahmed is a spit fuck
I don't even know what that means D:
Edit:
Ohhh.. Wow what a fucking prick.
Did anyone of you guys fucking go through this shit or am i the only one who was born skinny as fuck.. Seriously i took this shit and i can't fucking take it anymore.
I was a skinny kid.
Does that make you happy? because it shouldn't. Being skinny is who you will ever be if you let it bother you. When something bothers you, you show it sublimely or very vividly.
IDK I was never retarded enough to get worked up over someone calling me skinny in an offhand manner
Why do you give a fuck about what anyone else thinks of you?
man the fuck up

You're the only one. The rest of us were born with 5% bodyfat and we could all bench 1.5 bodyweight at birth.

Cause everyone else has natural strength? No, of course people are going to laugh at you, especially if you're known for being really skinny. Facepunch is not really the place to be complaining about people making fun of you. Beat the kids ass in wrestling after and then he can't say anything more about you.

All humans have insecurities and things they don't like about themselves/others. Accept that these people are acting like this towards you because they don't like some element of your personality, seemingly, how you react to situations like this (angry, upset) which further prompts them to act this way, probably to cover their own asses and fit in with the 'majority'.
In 100 years, will this problem still be important to you?
In 5 years, will this problem still be important to you?
In a year, will this problem still be important to you?
When you fall asleep tonight, will this problem still be important to you?
In 10 minutes of you occupying yourself with something else, will this problem still be important to you?
Can you actively, right now, do anything to stop the problem?
Yes.
Stop thinking about it. It's not important.
