I know, they wont sell to anyone, you should at least have a contact who can buy them for you or simply prove you wont tells the cop. Cop is rare here, my city is a hole, works differently than larger city somewhere else, even accent is different, fun to mess around before i was 18, now i dont wanna risk jail time.
Okay look, Its not about finding a dealer, It's about finding a grower or person who knows the grower.
This way you'll have lesser middlemen who take their share or fuck you over otherwise, like never delivering or bring you something you never ordered.

When you buy something there's few tactics you can use to prevent being fucked with, First step is to ensure that the dealer has bought the product with his own money rather than that he tells you to give him the money and hes gonna go get the product. Now the second tactic is to ask how much he has, and always be there to purchase one gram. [b]This way you're less likely to be robbed.[/b] Once you've seen the product and everything you tell him that you've changed your mind and would like to buy more.
If you're to buy big amounts of weed at once the rules change. When doing this you're generally allowed to take a sample piece of your choosing and generally when it's about big money theres a big chance of being fucked with. A plan B should be made incase things go wrong.
Now, When you buy weed the general crap that you can get is:
-hasis
-oregano
-non-drug cannabis / "tea"
-leafs
-shit buds with seeds
-sticks
and ofcourse the new product on the market which is bud sprayed / covered in hairspray, metal, glass and other similiar things.
Glass and hairspray are popular but its rare that you'd get metal but some retards do anything to get a bit extra for themselves. If the buds are either pressed or / and very hard it's likely that its been covered in hairspray. You can somewhat check the product for glass by rolling in between your fingers, If you'll get non-sticky crystals or feel that the glass goes into your skin -well, then the weed obviously has glass.
Now, From the beginning you want to give the impression that you're the straight forward kind of customer who does things his way and thinks the product is shit regardless of what it is. This way you wont end up in situations where you'll have to pay for something that you don't want.
Also, When buying something. Don't get high even if the hit would be free. If someone's going to test it, it cannot be the person whos doing the critical thinking. With small and medium deals they do this so the can use sleight of hand magic on you.

Ok listen here. You live in Oregon, where marijuana is both decriminalized and legal medically. Apparently all the other advice that people gave you won't help because "it doesn't work like that here". So then just go to a medical marijuana clinic, say you have one of the qualifying disorders then buy the card for $100 (or however much it costs in Oregon). Then you can legally get great quality cannabis at many different dispensaries in Oregon, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding one near you.
If you can't do that then you should give up on marijuana because we've literally given you every possible piece of advice for obtaining some simple weed. Before you even think about about saying it, that's exactly how it works in Oregon cause I just checked the medical marijuana laws. So if this doesn't help you then please close this thread because there is no other advice out there that anyone can give you to help with your cannabis problem.
