"HEY THERE PUPPET PAL SCRATCH!"
"HEY THERE PUPPET PAL SLICK!"
"WHAT DID THE SOVEREIGN SLAYER SAY TO THE FIRST GUARDIAN?"
"I DO NOT KNOW, WHAT DID THE SOVEREIGN SLAYER SAY DO THE FIRST GUARDIAN?"
"BONK ON THE HEAD!"
I think it was ME paint adventures that originally got me acquainted with MSPA, but I never got into it first time around. Then I started noticing those strange looking grey things with horns and got curious about their source.
Started off with problem sleuth, and realized "holy shit, this is amazing".
Then I read Homestuck, and got hooked by the end of act 1. I think the steam group started up around the time I caught up with Homestuck too, which was when the troll romance pages started.
I kept seeing people request wrinklefucker in the TF2 emporium. After a while I got fed up and searched for what the hell they were talking about. Three days later I caught up just in time for the start of act 5.
Jegus what
Stay away for a day and you've got two pages of Nepeta and people raging at Huss
I mean what
Also, I found MSPA multiple times on them internets, but the first time I looked at it was in the middle of the Midnight Crew intermission (Which lead me to thinking the story was very different than it is)
Eventually I saw one of the incarnations of the MSPA thread and started reading.
I was bored on holiday once, found the thread, and decided to read HS.
One of the best decisions I have made I think.

It has simplified my avatar choosing process considerably, to be sure. Other than that and a bit of entertainment I wouldn't consider it that big a change. I already follow a crap ton of webcomics. Much better was my decision to start watching Doctor Who.
Ever since I had started read hs and praticipate in the thread, I have like changed my avatar daily.

I keep forgetting to add you on steam.

Well, in my case, it has increased what I can talk about with my friends, it has broadened my interest in certain things, I've learnt new things, and I've made some great friends over Steam because of it.

I've seen some shit...
Also for me I first saw homestuck mentioned in the Mass Effect MSPaint Adventures, but back then I thought it was going to be a choose your own adventure game judging by the first few pages. Fast forward some time and I find out it's actually a full story and decide to read it, and were it not for Rose's smarmy pesterlogs I may have not gotten into it enough to continue.

Don't you mean
I've seen the end of the world. And you're in it.
or something very depressing like that.

Lucky lucky! Nobody I know in person will read homestuck. Mostly they won't read webcomics, it's a shame. Getting into doctor who gave me more to talk about with random stranger-nerds, as it's more of a common geekvice.
Also when I rated your post heart the text I got was "rrerr"... What the hell does that mean?

I've got one friend reading it, and another that will tolerate me talking about it.
I'd look that second bit up on Urban dictionary or something. I cringed at it due to some of the things that have been said in the FPMSPA group chat.
I can't get anyone to read HS. Mostly because the plot sounds stupid on paper. And most of my friends see the trolls and think it's like some anime or something.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Derse. I've watched Prospit glitter in the dark near my Seventh Gate. All those ... moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.
Hows that?

You should be a poet or a song writer.

That's....really good.
I got into homestuck because a friend of mine wouldn't explain what the hell the trolls were. That night I started reading homestuck and was hooked, but I didn't find out until a couple days later when I caught up that the comic wasn't even close to being finished(At the panel where eridan killed feferi and kanaya.). I've been checking for updates on google reader on my phone ever since.

It's a quote from Blade Runner.

Also I first encountered Homestuck when I was reading Problem Sleuth, I clicked the most recent page and it was when Dave fought Bro, the [S] page, I thought it was pretty cool but didn't read it. Then last summer, in July of last year or so, I told Elitehakor I was bored, and he told me to read it. So I did.
Oh my god what did this person make.

This should be in an album.
I can't wait till that HS street fighter is done.

It's the sound gay dragons make while porking
I got annoyed of looking at v4 of this thread popping up to the top of the page, so I investigated.
I started reading and got hooked as soon as I realized that this is what MEPA was based off of.

As far as New Vegas goes, I'm pretty sure its glitched, because Victor keeps on killing HB when he walks out of the doctors office.
