Also i think what the dOc means by post scratch jack being more deadly is that at the moment while fighting rose, hes intrested/amused by the idea of a duel or challenge. as a result, instead of nuking her with his radioactive fire, he holds back to see just how powerful she is, by contrast in the trolls session mister Noir just Oblitorates prospit and derse (as well as the 12 planets) without stoping to fight the inhabitants.
