Incense - Sticks or Cones ?

Sticks because it is a more constant and low stream, it isn't meant to cloud the space, just hint it with cleansing herbs. And besides, you burn every bit on the stick, cones don't burn through the largest part.

I normally use sticks, but I got a big thing of 180 cones for Christmas.
They both are nice, and add a nice atmosphere to the room.
