Is the fact the, "child porn is illegal" unconstitutional?

CP is bad because a child is sexually abused to produce it, plus it's pretty sick to be into kids in the first place.
But that's just because your morals are wrong.
Yeah
But we have federal laws against CP. POT SMOKERS ARE FEDERAL CRIMINALS, CONSCRIPT, GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!
I didn't say CP is not against law. I just noticed a lot of people talk about morals and useless shit like that.
You DON'T compare a law and a moral.

So a chick of 15-16 takes a mirror shot of herself, damn she's so abused...
I say if the kid makes his own sex video, and posts it on the internet, it should be ok, as he should know the consequences.
A kid does not have the knowledge or experience to legally consent to that sort of thing. That would be like saying children should vote because they can know the consequences.
Newsflash. Children are fucking stupid.

Morals are laws. The government has standardized morals and has applied them to the law.

That's why we got shittons of idiotic laws. CP's not one of them though.

No. You are also one of them. That is not why we get questionable laws.
I vote it as a no, BUT. It is usually brought on by forcing the child to do it, or misdirecting them to do it, which is wrong. I still stand by the fact that pornography is prostitution and prost. should be legalized.

You just made no sense. I am what? An idiotic law? What?

So you technically want it to be legalized?
Pre-Law 101, folks:
A law in the United States is an established limitation on individual liberty designed with the single purpose of protecting the liberties of other individuals. It cannot be argued that murder is a personal liberty because that is an infringement on the rights of the other party, their right to make their own decisions and live their own life.
Laws are designed to maintain maximum potential for individualism while protecting individuals from malevolent people and organizations, ensuring everyone has maximum control over themselves and minimal control over anyone else.
They serve NO OTHER PURPOSE. Neither morals nor standards of decency.

Even if I have this serious obsessive disorder that I want to be right, I may be wrong, but I think that this plan backfired very bad decades ago
Unless that is what you are implying because then I am just very sleepy

If you're not drunk, you got no excuse. How the fuck can a person be one of laws? A law is piece of text...

I didn't mean Kid, as in under 12... I consider everything under 18 a kid.

I am referring to you as an uneducated git like the person you were chastising.
There's a difference between "child porn" and nudism, a picture of a naked, under-aged, girl would only be defined as "child porn" if that picture shows the girl doing any "sexual" or "provoking" act, otherwise it can just be nudism.

Arguing semantics - always works

Or we can follow the prison system, where if you're a child pornography criminal, you get your fronts knocked out, shit pushed back, and get fucked up.

No, I am implying no such thing. Any law that gets passed must be shown to achieve that goal.

I can follow that.
I find sex law interesting.
You guys should come to Virginia. We have the most fucked up sex laws here. Anal and oral sex used to be illegal in Virginia, but that law is archaic. It was struck down a long time ago. In 2005. Now everyone has the right to have sex however they want. Unless they're a minor. We have laws allowing 15-17 year olds to consent to sex with other 15-17 year olds. But not oral or anal. If you do that shit, I hope you like it behind bars.
They should lower the limit down to 16/17 years old.
No, I am implying no such thing. Any law that gets passed must be shown to achieve that goal.
But yet you disagree with many US laws, which terribly confuses me and makes me think you are schizophrenic or simply I am too dumb to understand you

They're still legally considered not to have the intelligence, experience, and wisdom to make that decision, regardless of what you think.
