I find sex law interesting. You guys should come to Virginia. We have the most fucked up sex laws here. Anal and oral sex used to be illegal in Virginia, but that law is archaic. It was struck down a long time ago. In 2005. Now everyone has the right to have sex however they want. Unless they're a minor. We have laws allowing 15-17 year olds to consent to sex with other 15-17 year olds. But not oral or anal. If you do that shit, I hope you like it behind bars.
It's in the name of the state Virginia
But yet you disagree with many US laws, which terribly confuses me and makes me think you are schizophrenic or simply I am too dumb to understand you
No, that simply means those laws were passed under a false pretense, and are supported by a public ignorant of what law is. Any smart young couple would know to deny that shit like the holocaust, and the court can't really touch them. [editline]08:34PM[/editline] That's like an quadruple-entendre
No, that simply means those laws were passed under a false pretense, and are supported by a public ignorant of what law is.
So, after all this, do you support or entirely disagree with the child protection laws? Sorry if I am being an ignorant bastard I am just too sleepy to notice any clues so I ask you should be obvious
So, after all this, do you support or entirely disagree with the child protection laws? Sorry if I am being an ignorant bastard I am just too sleepy to notice any clues so I ask you should be obvious
I'm fairly certain I've made my position very clear. [editline]08:38PM[/editline] When I stated it four times.
you guys are getting off topic. The topic up for debate here is not if CP is wrong or not, but is it unconstitutional?
So, after all this, do you support or entirely disagree with the child protection laws? Sorry if I am being an ignorant bastard I am just too sleepy to notice any clues so I ask you should be obvious

Anybody who thinks child porn isn't a mass violation of rights is fucking stupid.
yes.
When you stated it four times. Okay, it's just that it's very unclear from my standpoint as I am neither an US citizen or a lawyer plus you are a self-proclaimed Morpheus which does not add up well when I am trying to understand you
you guys are getting off topic. The topic up for debate here is not if CP is wrong or not, but is it unconstitutional?
It's not unconstitutional.
Plus I completely missed that blatant sentence above.
It's not unconstitutional.
but if they consent to it it *should* be legal under the constitution.
but if they consent to it it *should* be legal under the constitution.
Children do not have the ability to consent to anything. That's why we have ages and proxies for legal adulthood. That's why we require legal guardians for every child. That's why they can't vote. They're children you ninny.
but if they consent to it it *should* be legal under the constitution.
Kids are too stupid to legally be able to decide if they want to star in a porno movie or not. They're minors, they don't have the same rights as citizens.
How about this, how about YOU quote which part of the Constitution it contradicts. None of this "unconstitutional" sensationalist bullshit. Bring out the big guns. Quote the fucking Constitution.
The problem with laws concerning age and mental stability is that there is no predefined line, the human brain is completely different and every person is unique, not a clone of another, therefore age and intelligence laws should not exist with lines drawn in them. Problem is there is no better way to regulate things like that so we have the age of consent, and various other drawn lines which are getting blurrier the more laws we have concerning this. [editline]12:45AM[/editline] Obviously my opinions are coming from a blatant Hungarian viewpoint
By that logic children should be allowed to smoke and drink. Yeah that'll be great
They already fucking do.
They already fucking do.
Great way to misinterpret a sentence that was already fucked up to start with sorry
They already fucking do.
So that's justification to legalize child pornography. What the fuck is wrong with you
They're still legally considered not to have the intelligence, experience, and wisdom to make that decision, regardless of what you think.
If that law was removed, all of a sudden they would have a burst of "intelligence, experience, and wisdom"...
If that law was removed, all of a sudden they would have a burst of "intelligence, experience, and wisdom"...
No they wouldn't. [editline]08:48PM[/editline] Maybe you think that because you're dumb
Well hey it's not like CP hurts anyone. :smug:
Well hey it's not like CP hurts anyone. :smug:
Child PORN does hurt kids...
:siren: IN NO WAY DO I SUPPORT CP :siren: So i was reading on the web and I found this: [nsfw] http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/womens-consitutional-right-to-go-topless So they are claiming that not being allowed to be topless is unconstitutional, which i agree with. Now where do you draw the line? If young males don't have to wear a shirt, why should young females have to? So as soon as that young topless female kisses another young male in public, it is complete CP. Sorry if i wasn't too clear, ask questions or discuss.
but it's not child porn, just like a man with a shirt off kissing a woman isn't porn
No they wouldn't. [editline]08:48PM[/editline] Maybe you think that because you're dumb
After you told me to get the fuck out, ignoring it, I might just note I think he was being sarcastic
So that's justification to legalize child pornography. What the fuck is wrong with you
Maybe I should have clarified that lots of children nowadays (not all of them) already do smoke and drink (illegally of course). I wasn't justifying that child pornography should be legalized. My bad dude.
So as soon as that young topless female kisses another young male in public, it is complete CP.
I don't know what porn you watch, but generally it's a lot more than just kissing
i say let them be topless. And pantless. :smug:
fat chicks, man! Do you want that!? Really? Is it really worth it when you can be scarred for life?
After you told me to get the fuck out, ignoring it, I might just note I think he was being sarcastic

I say if the kid makes his own sex video, and posts it on the internet, it should be ok, as he should know the consequences.
No.
Maybe I should have clarified that lots of children nowadays (not all of them) already do smoke and drink (illegally of course). I wasn't justifying that child pornography should be legalized. My bad dude.
and many are having sex and getting recorded on tape, yet it's still illegal once again quoting lankist WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU caps
There's a child porn community? :smug:
Do I really have to name what that community is?
