It's probably both, since adults they could both abuse it.
You are wrong.
Pre-Law 101, folks:
A law in the United States is an established limitation on individual liberty designed with the single purpose of protecting the liberties of other individuals. It cannot be argued that murder is a personal liberty because that is an infringement on the rights of the other party, their right to make their own decisions and live their own life.
Laws are designed to maintain maximum potential for individualism while protecting individuals from malevolent people and organizations, ensuring everyone has maximum control over themselves and minimal control over anyone else.
They serve NO OTHER PURPOSE. Neither morals nor standards of decency.
What does the title" tile child porn is illegal" unconstitutional" have to do with your post and link to a petition about allowing women to go topless like men (Other then children would be allowed to)? Seems like two different issues since there nothing pornographic or directly about children in your topic, women topless in public. Change your title to that. I thought this was going be some philosophical or less intelligent supporting of children pornographic practices.
Come to canada, it's legal for women to be topless here.
I went to the park once, and there were a bunch of topless women playing softball........ and a bunch of old Italian guys watching :v:
Well if those kids can murder and rape at younger ages then older teenagers can have sex, something is wrong.
Brilliant, you should be a lawyer.

Honestly, if you're ever in Vancouver, just go to the annual naked bike marathon. You'll see more boobs at once than you've ever seen before. Unfortunately, you'll also see more wangs than you've ever seen before :saddowns:
I think it should be completely illegal for minors to engage in an even relatively sexual act
We should pull the line for age of consent higher because maturity can kick in at a very late time for females
I'm not sure if this is satire or serious. Praying to FSM it's satire.

I'm absolutely sure I was being non-satirical
The OP isn't saying that it's illegal for a girl to kiss a guy, but it's illegal for a topless girl to make out with a guy (groping, etc...) and then have someone take pictures and post them on the internet.
That would be CP.

That would be less Child Pornography and more distributing someone's likeness without their consent.

Bring your leaf blowers!
Still not seeing a link to legalizing child pornography here.

Or who told you kissing is illegal.
Woah woah woah, who the hell said we should legalize it? I'm saying its unconstitutional, but not to be legalized.
I don't believe "slippery slope" arguements should ever be accepted by themselves. You need some other rationalization to go with it, otherwise it doesn't mean anything.
Yea I'm stating the obvious, but I think it'll help things along so to speak.
Ok let me put it this way.
It's wrong for ANY sort of woman to go around naked on the streets not just kids. I know this is straying of CP a little, but it's true. I'd like to see hot naked women as much as the next guy, but it's just not right. And you know it.
So as much as I think naked women walking around the streets topless would be awesome (the nice looking ones mind you), I still don't think it should/will ever happen.

Quote the Constitution. What part exactly does it contradict?
Stop using the Constitution as your own personal fucking buzzword.

massive point
I fucking love it when people who probably haven't even read the constitution still try to use it to justify their flawed arguments.
Wait.. what.. A young female kissing a young male is CP? I don't understand. I never even knew that was considered CP.
Edit - Unless you mean the young female is topless.. Then of course its automatically CP..
I don't think it's CP until someone takes a picture.
Before that it's probably just lewd conduct or something.
Still waiting for what fucking part of the Constitution ensures kiddy rape.
Yeah, once they make it legal for women to go topless, it's a slippery slope. No way it should be allowed.
Fascist. It's legal here.
No.
Don't let them be topless.
Then boobies won't be near as exciting.
:(
Also, saggy tits everywhere!
Fuck this!
I don't think clothes should be necessary. It's just stupid outdated laws.
nudity is not pornography
a naked child is not child pornography unless so posed in a sexual nature (like legs spread or some shit like that with the focus on the genitals)
And women need to stop this whole equality movement bullshit. Give them equal pay and benefits and for the love of fuck girls need to stop trying to be equal because it's so goddamn contradictory to treating a person of the opposite sex with respect.
Women are stupid, hahahahahaha (Sorry, I couldn't hold it in). Tits are sexual organs, that is the only reason why they aren't supposed to be shown and flopping about. This is a stupid religious idea anyways (The idea that sexual organs are not to be seen outside the bedroom).
Don't people let there babies walk around naked/no top on all the time? I know they aren't developed, but it's still classified as underage and there-for would be illegal. I think 90% of the girls in NA don't want to walk around with there tits out anyways.
Last I checked it was already legal for girls to be topless at public beaches, and possibly other places as well that are also public. But so far no one is taking advantage of that.
There's a difference between nudity and indecency. sexual acts in public is, and always should be illegal. anyway, until 18 or 21, your parents would be in charge of how much clothing you wear, so it would be up to their discretion.
sexual acts in public is, and always should be illegal.
Why?
I know this is from earlier in the thread, but
No. That was fifty years ago. Today we use a system of proxy, in which the individual states decide what approximate ages are appropriate.
For instance, a state may decide a 2 year gap is appropriate but no more. That means you can have sex with a 17 year old if you are somewhere between 15 and 19.
The same applies to viewing (But not distributing) consensual pornographic material of a post-pubescent.
So, say I had a friend (under 18) who wants to record him and his girlfriend (also under 18) having sex. She's agreed to it, but is his possession of that video illegal?
