But, if you so incline, rapists can or can not be directed by mental disorders, depending on why they are doing what they are doing. Of course, the ones who are doing it uninfluenced by mental disorders should be in prison because as healthy human beings they have self-control, but they gave in anyways. Now, what we have left are the ones who have mental disorders. Now, although it isn't their fault, they still can't be on the streets where they can continue to rape.
