it's a clip from a livestream tons of people were watching, it isn't the exact same video, and both were uploaded on the same day. it's basically "you stole my idea" territory now.

Isn't that video you linked uploaded by Manly Tears, the guy who constantly tries to steal content, copy more popular youtubers, and tries to viral his monetized channel all over gaming boards? He's banned on sight on 4chan for all his advertising shit isn't he? The one in the OP has comments dating back farther which means it was probably uploaded first. Also "you don't have permission to use this footage please delete it" sounds like a really poorly thought out way to try and get someone to delete their more popular video so yours can take its place.

As I said in another thread- britbong (manlytearsof/v/ as he calls himself) is a complete prick. He's got without a doubt one of the largest attention complexes I have seen- he'll constantly advertise his YT videos at /v/ almost nonstop (it's now an offence to post his videos, because he evades his bans all the time and they don't know if its him again or if its just a random person) and if you call him out, he'll accuse you of being a person on his "list of people who viral on /v/" (the reality: manly pretended to be Gamegrumps, and most people on that list are on there because they called him names on twitter)
