The amount of people in this thread talking out their ass is incredible
it honestly just seems like kid was wondering. I mean they way it was phrased at the end "did it help you at all with modding." The majority of the people present here are awkward in most ways and so what if he had a camera. I think it's far less likely that this kid had an agenda to get to Minecon, bring a camera, prepare a punchline in the form of a question, and then try to record it in hopes of causing a ruckus. As opposed to just being some awkward kid that tried to ask a question, the line, 'don't everyone answer at once,' just seems like an awkward/stupid way to try to make up for the fact that his potentially genuine question was rejected.
Then again this is Minecon so I revert to a 50/50 possibly of either scenario.

I'd like more of these if possible. I tried searching minecon2013 with sorted by recently uploaded and all I found was mostly ~12 year olds with vertical phone cameras recording themselves waiting in line.

I've seen a bunch of support groups with slogans along the lines of "having autism makes me special etc.:".
I wouldn't be surprised if he is austic himself and he was trying to gather support for organizations that focus on autism specifically, by having the minecraft devs admitting they're autistic and confessing how being autstic has helped them make their lives better.
As for the camera I don't think he was trying to use it as tool to embarass the devs, I think he didn't know he was going to get recorded by the minecon crew, so he brought his own so he could post the video as an incentive for autistic people to get themselves out there and make something out of themselves, like the minecraft devs.
I don't know I might be complicating this a bit too much, but that's just me.

I doubt a single person cares that it's a kid asking the question. Why do you think that asking someone if they have a mental disability isn't a personal question. The reason we are being protect of people with mental disabilities, is because we are becoming more accepting of people with disabilities and not acting like young pubescent teens. Sure we will still laugh at the situation, but would not go and make fun of disabled people. You saying that autism is funny is very immature hence why you were shamed. Also the brony hate thing is also changing. Making fun of someone because they watch MLP is very ignorant. Unless it's those people who flaunt it.
