Aliens Rambo First Blood (Both parts) Die Hard 28 Days Later Shaun of the Dead Saving Private Ryan (Long, but I love every moment) Only ones I can think of right now.

Matrix / LOTR / Starwars Probably some more but can't think right now

BTTF also had its own TV series for a short time, it was animated and awesome involving Doc Browns kids Jules and Verne. The beginning of every episode had the doc doing something sciencey mostly with the DeLorean.
