Let's get this down, it is in fact possible to build a reactor based on the energy that Thorium provides. However, you have no plan, no space, no money no professional equipment whatsoever. What made you think this is a good idea in first place? With such an Idea you will have plenty of barriers in your way. I don't wanna kill your fascination for innovational things but don't set your niveau that high.
