That CG was beautiful. [editline]9th May 2013[/editline] Wait oh my god FreddieW did that?!
No, Brandon did. Brandon's all CG and Freddie's AE and camera mostly. Pretty sure Freddie's working on VGHS S2 right now anyway.
Brandon made this video, cool. He seems to be getting better and better at cgi stuff.
Oh Jesus that ending, I don't what else I should have expected
I was expecting the bathtub to just bounce around all over the place.
Fuck me......Gmod was a huge part of my childhood aswell. It's the only mod that feels like a game I used to play when I was younger. Years go by so fucking fast...
Dat production value.
GMOD is just one of those totally unique and original games that really touches peoples inner creativity and I think Garry really accomplished something that sets the bar for future creative sandbox games. You have so much to do at your fingertips. It's like playing your first open world game after years of linear games and RTS. It's something you can only experience once.
I want a refund
Did he die?
Cool video. Brought me back to my Gmodding days. weeee!
This needs to be the official TV advertisement for Garrys Mod. You can advertise old things...
I miss being 11 and playing gmod for hours on end with other little kids. Time goes by so fast. Odd that some of my best memories from childhood are from a half life mod
I used to put thrusters on ragdolls in GMOD 9 and let them fly around Construct, sweet times back then.
This needs to be the official TV advertisement for Garrys Mod. You can advertise old things...
Maybe without the crashing at the end, though.
'Call your grandparents.' Is there some sort of underlying message about enjoying your grandparents while they're there?
No they mean call your grandparents before they strap rocket engines on their bathtub, build a ramp and do something stupid.
I... Honestly didn't get the sad vibe from it. I didn't feel anything. Ok, so sad music is playing and he looks sad. He makes a rocket bathtub. Leaving the tool-gun behind means that he's probably going to kill himself doing this. And then he flies and crashes and... That's it. Call your grandparents. Look, I get what they're trying to do, and it seems to have worked on everyone else, but I'm just not getting it personally.
Guys its just a video about a game, calm down
Posted in the forum about this game. noo, we won't calm down.

2,349 hours here. All my life I loved to create and build stuff and Garry's Mod was my heaven when I found it. I think I'll boot it up again soon. edit: I also have fraps for some reason so I think I'll make a super creative awesome gmod video; it'll be kicking rad and totally tubular.
Did he die?
BEEBEEBEEBEEP BEEP BEEP BEEEEEEEEEEEEEP
BEEBEEBEEBEEP BEEP BEEP BEEEEEEEEEEEEEP
But don't you just respawn after you die?
^ that's what i thought too
Makes me miss what Gmod used to be for sure. I've been around since the early days, back when Gmod Construct wasn't much but some crappy terrain and a swimming pool. I used to get so fucking excited when the original barrelmania and melon racing came out. Nowadays it's DarkRP and deathrun, everywhere. ...brb, time for a 5 hour singleplayer nostalgia marathon
When you die in Garrys Mod, you die forever.
When you die in Garrys Mod, you die forever.
unless you're playing in canada
Someone just fucking posted this comment
I hope this inspires Gabe to release or announce Half-Life 3* at E3 this year.
what the fuck
